I really appreciated the peace and discretion of the staff.
J’ai vraiment apprécié la tranquillité et la discrétion du personnel.

All the hotel staff were smiling and welcoming. The room cleaning was perfect. The buffet was excellent. The only thing that could have been different was the restaurant, and the adults-only pool was closed during my stay.

Small pool that closes at 8 pm. My 12-year-old son was quite disappointed. Personally, I'm more of a beach person, and our beach was small and very rocky. Water shoes were a must. Small buffet with limited variety, but the food was good. The table service could have been better. Half the staff lacked enthusiasm. It was still a nice trip, though. 7/10

Dreams managed to satisfy us because we had access to the facilities at Secret Aura; otherwise, the week would have felt very long. The beach at Dreams is not pleasant at all. There are very few sun loungers, and the buffet is outdoors, so there are always insects and birds in the food. Getting into the water at Secret Aura beach is difficult because it's very rocky, but once there's a beautiful soft sand, it's still there. The Oceana restaurant is excellent for dinner, and the service is superb. We didn't have any trouble getting sun loungers, but we were there in July. The drinks were very good, and the service on the beach was more than perfect. The snorkeling was okay, but not as extraordinary as we had hoped. WestJet's service was perfect across the board. In short, if we were to return, we would choose Secret Aura.

Le Dreams a réussi à nous combler car nous avions accès aux installations du Secret Aura sinon nous aurions trouver la semaine longue. La plage du Dreams n’est pas agréable du tout. Il y a très peu de chaises longues, de plus le buffet est extérieur donc il y a toujours des insectes et des oiseaux dans les assiettes. L’entrée à l’eau de La plage du Secret est difficile car c’est très rocailleux, mais après c’est du beau sable doux. Le restaurant l’Océana est excellent pour le dîner et le service y est excellent. Nous n’avons pas eu de difficulté à obtenir des chaises longues mais nous étions en juillet. Les drinks étaient très bons et le service sur la plage était plus que parfait. L’apnée était ok mais pas aussi extraordinaire que prévue. Le service de Westjet a été parfait sur toute la ligne. Enfin si nous avions à y retourner nous choisirons Le Secret Aura.
