A lovely, relaxing family holiday where everyone had a great time.
De belles vacances en famille relaxantes où tous se sont bien amusés.
Courteous staff, small but pleasant beach for snorkeling, lovely pool. Varied food. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ buffet evenings. We would return, but with a direct flight from Montreal to Curaçao.
Personnel courtois, plage petite mais agréable pour la plongée en apnée, belle piscine. Nourriture variée. Avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées buffet BBQ. On y retournerait mais avec un vol direct Montreal-Curaçao.

Lack of service, cleanliness, and food options
Manque de service, propreté et options de nourriture
We had paid for a room with a king bed, but the staff refused to give us one. The restaurants are mediocre and not open every day. The buffet doesn't have many options and the food isn't gourmet. The hotel room was old and dirty. However, the location is beautiful (view, beach) and convenient for going into town.
Nous avions payé pour une chambre avec lit King et le personnel nous a refusé de nous en donner une. Les restaurants sont moyens et ne sont pas ouverts tous les jours. Le buffet n’a pas beaucoup d’options et pas de cuisine raffinée. La chambre d’hôtel était vieille et sale. Cependant, le site est super beau (vue, plage) et bien situé pour aller en ville.

Beautiful hotel and good food except for one thing… The beach is incredibly small. We had to get up early in the morning to reserve our chairs. There were only three restaurants, two of which close if it rains. We constantly had to ask the housekeeper for things because there were no towels or hand soap. There was no coffee in the morning. There was very little food choice, but everything was delicious. A major plus: you can go scuba diving right from the hotel!

More... Less...Très très très petite plage. On devait se lever le matin pour réserver nos chaises. Seulement 3 restaurants dont 2 qui ferment s’il mouille. On devait constamment demander des trucs à la femme de chambre car il manquait de serviettes, savon à mains. Il manquait de café le matin. Il y avait très peu de choix de nourriture, mais tout était délicieux. Point fort: on peu faire de la plongée directement de l’hôtel!!!

Bored staff, limited and redundant food selection. No service at the buffet or restaurants. Self-serve filter coffee in thermoses. No specialty coffee. Excessively narrow and pebbly beach. Smashed lounge chairs.
Personnel blazé, choix de nourriture limité et redondance. Aucun service au buffet et restaurants. Café filtre en thermos en libre service. Aucun café en spécialité. Plage excessivement étroite et caillouteuse. Chaises longues défoncées.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't strong enough and one of the faucets didn't work. The outside view was of rooftops. Not all restaurants were open every night and since you couldn't make reservations there could be a long wait. It's a beautiful little resort with a nice little beach where you can go snorkeling. The staff is generally friendly.
L’air climatisé dans la chambre n’était pas assez forte et un des robinet non fonctionnel. La vue extérieure donnait sur des toits. Tous les restaurants n’étaient pas ouverts tous les soirs et comme on ne pouvait réserver il pouvait y avoir beaucoup d’attente. C’est un beau petit resort avec une belle petite plage d’où on peut faire de la plongée en apnée. Le personnel est accueillant en général.
