Excellent hotel for golf
Hôtel excellent pour le golf
Not enough restaurants, almost no beach, high golf prices even though there are hardly any players, very clean hotel and pleasant staff, decent food, no seafood

Very quiet, not much activity, few excursions available. Swimming at the beach was impossible. The Air Canada representative was incompetent. Never again for me 🙅♀️

Excellent stay
Excellent séjour
A beautiful, very quiet, and well-maintained hotel. We were particularly impressed by the extremely friendly, competent, and attentive staff. The food is generally good, but the buffet is rather repetitive and limited. The pools are perfect. However, the beach is disappointing: a barrier of rocks prevents direct access to the sea, and walking on the beach along the golf course (the most beautiful section of the beach) is prohibited. The beach is undoubtedly the most disappointing aspect of this resort. A major plus: the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the city of Cartagena every day. The city is magnificent; it's definitely worth a visit! Furthermore, the excursion to the Rosario Islands is very enjoyable.
Bel hôtel très calme et bien entretenu. Coup de cœur pour le personnel extrêmement sympathique, compétent et attentionné. La nourriture est bonne en général, mais le buffet est plutôt redondant et limité. Les piscines sont parfaites. Cependant, la plage est décevante : une barrière de rochers nous empêche d’accéder directement à la mer et il est interdit de marcher sur la plage le long du terrain de golf (la plus belle portion de la plage). La plage est sans doute l’élément le plus décevant de ce complexe.
More... Less...Élément fortement apprécié : à tous les jours, l’hôtel offre une navette gratuite en direction de la ville de Carthagène. La ville est magnifique; elle vaut assurément la visite! De plus, l’excursion vers Islas del Rosario est tres agréable.
