I love trying new hotels, but here, I must admit that I don't think I can find better than this hotel for a family trip. The sea no algae, a real turquoise lake, the food more than perfect and what can I say about the water park, really hot. To be honest, I have almost nothing negative to say and I am used to 5 star chains.. the cleanliness, the service, really a big wow. We were in the Enclave section, we had access to a restaurant on the seaside in this section, a quieter pool. To be honest, I was amazed by this complex and I think I will return there in the future.

J'adore essayer des nouveaux hôtels, mais là, je dois avouer que je ne crois pas pouvoir trouver mieux que cet hôtel pour un voyage familial. La mer pas d'algues, un vrai lac turquoise, la nourriture plus que parfaite et que dire du parc aquatique, vraiment hot. Pour vrai, j'ai presque rien de négatif à dire et je suis habitué dans des chaînes 5 étoiles.. la propreté, le service, vraiment un gros wow. Nous étions dans la section Enclave, nous avions accès à un restaurant sur le bord de la mer dans cette section, une piscine plus tranquille. Pour vrai, j'ai été étonnée de ce complexe et je crois y retourner dans le futur.

Magnificent hotel! We had stayed at the Dreams La Romana and were a little worried since it was a Hilton. But value for money, nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back! Positive: The cleanliness of the place is incredible. The employees are all friendly and want to meet our expectations and needs. Negative: We had 2 water damages in the room caused by the air conditioning and it was repaired quickly. Without us having to ask for anything, they offered us the Premium Club for the 2 days of our stay.

Hôtel magnifique! Nous étions allés au Dreams La Romana et nous avions un peu peur étant donné que c'était un Hilton. Mais qualité-prix, rien à redire.

Nous y retournerons, c'est certain! Positif : Propreté des lieux incroyable. Les employés sont tous gentils et veulent combler nos attentes et besoins. Négatif : Nous avons eu 2 dégâts d'eau dans la chambre causés par la climatisation et ça été réparé rapidement. Sans que nous ayons à demander quoi que ce soit, ils nous ont offert le Club premium pour les 2 jours de notre séjour.
