The only thing I liked about this hotel was the sea view, however it was overpriced.
La seule chose que j'ai aimé dans cet hôtel est la vue sur mer, cependant elle était payée trop chère.
Aside from the sea view, which was the highlight of the trip, there was also the lounge reserved for the Preferred Club, which was good. Otherwise, there are very few restaurants, and especially since the hotel is located in a nature reserve and therefore very far from any civilian life, all activities outside the hotel were too expensive.
À part la vue sur mer qui était le must du voyage, il y avait aussi le lounge réservé au Prefered Club qui était bien. Sinon, il y a très peu de restaurants, et surtout que l'hôtel se trouve dans une réserve naturelle et donc très loin de toute vie civile, donc toutes les activités à l’extérieur de l’hôtel étaient trop chères.

Heaven!
Le paradis!
My children and I really loved our stay at Dreams. The staff, the hotel, the restaurants, the beach, the pool, everything was perfect!!! The only small thing was regarding transportation, it wasn't super organized, much too tight on time, I preferred to take a taxi so as not to risk losing my flight. And regarding activities, I asked for information for an activity, they offered me something else so I specified again the only thing I wanted to do and I didn't get any response. I still recommend this hotel 100% because I know it wasn't their fault but rather the service with Air Canada. It was truly a week in paradise for me and my treasures. Thank you for everything!!
Mes enfants et moi avons vraiment adoré notre séjour au Dreams. Le personnel, l'hotel, les restaurants, la plage la piscine, tout était parfait!!! La seule petite chose est au niveau du transport, ce n'était pas super organisé, beaucoup trop serré dans le temps, j'ai préféré prendre un taxi pour ne pas risquer de perdre mon vol. Et au niveau des activités, j'ai demandé de l'info pour une activité, on me proposait autre chose alors j'ai précisé encore une fois la seule chose que je voulais faire et je n'ai pas eu de retour. Je recommande tout de même 100% cet hotel car je sais que ce n'était pas leur faute mais plutôt le service avec Air Canada. Ce fut vraiment une semaine au paradis pour moi et mes trésors. Merci pour tout!!
