Nice place but too expensive for the whole package
Belle place mais trop cher pour l’ensemble

Very nice family resort. However, you have to get up at 6am to reserve a chair around the pool and there are only 5 umbrellas to protect you from the sun on the beach. The drinks are pretty average for the south. Only one bar in the evening to have a drink and unfortunately not enough space for everyone. Very good service from the staff and nice room. Lazy river reserved for Preferred Guest. One of the pools was closed in the middle of the day for cleaning.

Très beau resort familial. Toutefois, il faut se lever à 6h le matin pour réserver une chaise autour de la piscine et seulement 5 parasols pour se protéger du soleil sur la plage.. Les drinks sont assez moyens pour le sud. Seulement un bar le soir pour prendre un verre et pas assez de place pour tous malheureusement.. très bon service du personnel et belle chambre. Lazy river réservée au Prefered guest. Une des piscines a été fermée en pleine journée pour nettoyage

Superb hotel with impeccable cleanliness. However, the service is lousy and the staff is not very active. They never refilled our fridge and didn't give us water. We had to call twice a day for service, and they didn't come! The à la carte restaurants are bad and there is little choice. The seafood restaurant doesn't have any seafood! The beach is beautiful and it's a great place for children. Positive: Excellent beach and bar service. Negative: lousy staff, lack of service, very mediocre food in the à la carte restaurants. The buffet is very good at lunch, except in the evening.

On devait appeler 2X par jour pour le service, et ils ne venaient pas! les restaurants à la carte sont mauvais et peu de choix. Le restaurant de fruits de mer ne contient pas de fruits de mer! La plage et belle et c'est un bel endroit pour les enfants. Positif : plage et service au bar excellent Négatif : personnel pourri, manque de service, bouffe très médiocre dans les restaurants à la carte. Le buffet est très bon le midi, sauf le soir.
