The restaurants were closed for renovations. Only the buffet and Italian restaurant were open. No one came to clean the room. There was a lack of staff. Our belongings were stolen at the pool, and the employees checked the security cameras but told us they were conducting an inspection. Later, they sent us a message saying the cameras weren't working 😩. We waited three hours for our room, and then the toilet didn't work. What a waste of money.
Les restaurants étaient fermés à cause des rénovations. Seul le buffet et restaurant italien ouvert. Aucune personne est venu faire le ménage dans la chambre. Manque de personnel. On se fait voler nos objets à la piscine et les employés ont regardé les caméras mais nous disent qu’ils sont entrain de faire une inspection. Par après nous envoie un message pour dire que les caméras fonctionne pas 😩. On a attendu 3h pour avoir notre chambre, par après la toilette ne fonctionne pas. Dommage, gaspillage d’argent .

Everything is great, but 0 for the sea
Tout est très bien mais 0 pour la mer
The beach is beautiful, although in my opinion the chairs are too close together. But the problem is the sea; it's impossible to swim in. There are large rocks that you don't often see, and you can easily hurt your feet. It's a shame because we really enjoyed all the other aspects of the trip. Unfortunately, I came back with sand flea bites… very bothersome, extremely itchy.
La plage est belle, selon moi les chaises sont trop près les unes des autres mais le problème c’est la mer , impossible à s’y baigner, il y a des grosses roches que l’on ne voit pas souvent on se blesse les pieds, dommage car on a vraiment apprécier tous les autres aspects du voyage.

Overall, the place is very nice. However, the meals were often cold, which detracted from the quality of the food. The staff provided excellent service.
Dans l’ensemble l’endroit est très bien. Cependant, les repas étaient souvent froid. Ça gâchait là qualité des repas en questions. Très bon service des employés.

The breakfast service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and checking their phones than ensuring everything was running smoothly for the guests. For example, the wait for coffee was long, and once it was served, there were no spoons available to stir it. The table was set, but without salt or pepper. For a Dreams property, I expected a significantly higher level of service. The staff were nonchalant and distant, and the cooks were cold and unfriendly. In short, if I were asked if I would return to this hotel, the answer would be a resounding no.
Service au déjeuner très décevant. Le personnel semblait davantage intéressé à discuter entre eux et à consulter leurs téléphones qu’à s’assurer que tout se déroulait correctement pour les clients.
More... Less...À titre d’exemple, l’attente pour obtenir du café a été longue et, une fois servi, aucune cuillère n’était disponible pour le brasser. La table était dressée, mais sans sel ni poivre.
Pour un établissement Dreams, je m’attendais à un niveau de service nettement supérieur. Le personnel était nonchalant et distant, et les cuisiniers se sont montrés froids et peu aimables.
En résumé, si l’on me demandait si je retournerais dans cet hôtel, la réponse serait clairement non.
