This is not a hotel I would recommend.

A $160 fee at this hotel. At the Riu Emerald, there are no such fees. Aside from the Italian restaurant, where you have to book in advance, the other restaurants are a complete disaster. Unappetizing and cold. This hotel should barely be rated 3 stars. I will never recommend it.

Frais de 160$ à cet hôtel. Au Riu Emerald pas de frais. À part le restaurant italien où il faut réserver à l'avance les autres restos c'est ZÉRO. PAS APPÉTISSANT ET FROID. CET HÔTEL devrait être noté à peine 3 étoiles. Jamais je ne vais référer.

Clean hotel but very shabby rooms
Hôtel propre mais chambres très défraîchies

Despite the fact that the staff there are excellent in terms of service, I will not return to this hotel. Our room was clean but very tired. The common areas are well maintained, especially the restrooms scattered throughout. It's a shame that the rooms haven't received the same attention over the years.

Malgré le fait que les gens qui y travaillent sont des perles quant à leur service, je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel. Notre chambre était propre mais très défraîchie.
Les espaces communs sont bien entretenus, notamment les toilettes réparties un peu partout. Il est dommage que les chambres n'aient pas reçu la même attention au fil des années.
