Since we were not part of the elite club, it was impossible to get a reservation before 9 pm, which is much too late for dinner. We had to eat at the buffet for two weeks, which became very repetitive.

Negative: Very disappointed with the limited hours available for à la carte restaurants for non-VIPs (9:00-9:30). The cleanliness of the utensils and placemats at the buffet was disgusting (poorly cleaned).

Beautiful Mazatlan!
Magnifique Mazatlan!

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The facilities, although older, were well maintained and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I stayed in the Granada, which is smaller than the other hotels, and I really appreciated the tranquility, the small restaurant just downstairs for lunch, and the heated pool reserved for this hotel. The room was spacious with a small kitchenette and a lovely balcony under a flowering tree, from where I could admire the birds in the morning. I loved this city on a human scale.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans ce complexe hôtelier. Les facilités, bien que plus agées, étaient bien entretenues et le personnel accueillant et attentif. Je logeais dans le Granada, qui est plus petit que les autres hôtels, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la tranquilité, le petit resto juste en bas pour les déjeuners et la piscine chauffée réservée à cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse avec une petite cuisinette et un joli balcon sous un arbre en fleur, d'ou je pouvais admirer les oiseaux le matin. J'ai adoré cette ville à échelle humaine.
