This hotel is perfect: the staff, the cleanliness, the food, the service, the vegetation. We stayed in a casita, so we had our own little house. The only downside is that there is no accessible beach. Transportation is provided to Maroma Beach. Entrance is included, along with food (outdoor BBQ), alcohol, and the catamaran. The water is turquoise and the sand is white. There are about ten casitas per complex with a private pool and a private bartender from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Lounge chairs and towels...you want for nothing. Don't rely on the buffet for dinner. Opt for the à la carte restaurants. Make reservations early in your stay to get the times that work for you. Ask when you check in how to do it. Contrary to what I read in traveler reviews, the app works very well. The Wi-Fi too, by the way. Everyone is attentive from arrival to departure. There is a concierge for any questions or reservations.

L'eau est turquoise et le sable blanc. Il y a une dizaines de casitas par complexe avec piscine privé et barmaid privé de 10h à 18h00. Chaises longues et serviettes...on ne manque de rien. Ne misez pas sur le buffet pour le souper. Optez pour les restos à la carte. Prenez vos réservations dès le début de votre séjour pour avoir les heures qui vous conviennent. Demandez lors de votre enregistrement comment faire. Contrairement à ce que j'ai lu dans les avis des voyageurs, l'application fonctionne très bien. Le wi-fi aussi d'ailleurs. Tout le monde est au petit soins de l'arrivée au départ. Il y a un concierge pour toutes questions ou réservations.

We have been fortunate enough to occupy a suite infinitie Casitas pool with pool access. simply amazing, it's not like a siwim up but a small private pool just for you. The room with shower and large (1 external and 1 is inside), a bed on the balcony with access to your pool. Positive: The service is great, the food is good, they have a good transportation to the site (it has many smaller because of golf allow us to move). Negative: The sea is not very nice. Nothing more to say

Nous avons eu le bonheur d'occupe une suite Casitas piscine infinitie avec acces piscine. tout simplement incroyable , ce n'est pas comme un siwim up mais une petite piscine privé seulement pour vous. La chambre et grande avec douche ( 1 extérieur et 1 une intérieur) , un lit sur la balcon qui donne acce à votre piscine. Positif : Le service est super, la bouffe est bonne , ils ont un bons services de transport sur le site ( il a beaucoup de petit car de golf pour nous permettre de nous déplacer).
