Pas de plage

Swimming wasn't possible as there's no beach. Also, regarding free activities, ask your concierge, as they didn't mention them to me, and it was only after returning home, while talking with other travelers, that I realized there were free activities outside the hotel.

Il n’était pas possible de se baigner puisqu’il n’y a pas de plage. Aussi, pour les activités gratuites, demander à votre concierge puisque pour moi, ils ne m’en ont pas parlé et c’est au retour en discutant avec d’autres voyageurs que j’ai réalisé qu’il y avait des activités gratuites à l’extérieur de l’hôtel.

The food is very good, with plenty of à la carte restaurant options. The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The only downside is the lack of organization and communication at the hotel entrance when waiting for transportation to excursions. It's crowded, and it's hard to hear the bus names. Several free excursions were available, including Maroma Beach, a visit to Playa del Carmen, a catamaran trip, and snorkeling.

The site is beautiful, with several palm trees, and you can hear birds singing all day long. The people who work there are very friendly and the food is good. The rooms are due for renovations and the large blocks in the water are bigger than you see in the photos.

Nice, quiet hotel, just what we wanted. I particularly liked the tequila and mezcal tastings offered every hour with the good bottles at the bars. The food was very good. I recommend it.
