The table service and restaurant reservations were very ordinary for a 5-star hotel. I tried the catamaran included in the package, but spent more time on the bus than actually on the catamaran and snorkeling. On the plus side, the buffet was very good and the beach was beautiful, but without chairs or parasols.

We loved the hotel and its facilities! The cleanliness and service were impeccable and exemplary. The only downside was the food; we weren't as keen! There was no beef at all, and the Mexican food was mostly Americanized. The beach was beautiful and very pleasant.

Un des plus beau voyage

Never seen such friendly staff, a very beautiful resort, incredible food 😻 Very clean and very well maintained, avoid noisy block 7, but block 6 is perfect, no need to book for the beach or pool, there's always space, for beach lovers you should go to the Palms!!

Très propre et très bien entretenu, évitez bloc 7 bruyant, mais bloc 6 parfait, pas besoin de réserver pour la plage ou piscine toujours de la place , pour les amateurs de plage il faut aller du côté du palms !!
