This is a perfect hotel for a relaxing trip. There's no large pool with music and entertainment; it's more of an intimate place to recharge. You have to be sure you're looking for this kind of trip to appreciate this hotel. We had a swim-out room and we loved it; the water was warm and we had plenty of sun. The food is excellent. The buffets aren't huge, but everything is delicious. There's an à la carte restaurant that doesn't require reservations, and it was very good. We were able to eat outside for almost every meal, and I really enjoyed eating on the beach every dinner. The service is impeccable; everything is done with attention to detail, and you can see the difference. The staff is smiling, attentive, and present. We went in June, and there was a lot of sargassum seaweed, so we couldn't really enjoy the beach, but we knew it would probably be like that!

Cest un hôtel parfait pour un voyage relaxant , il n'y a pas de grosse piscine avec de la musique et de l'animation, c'est plutôt un site intime pour se ressourcer., faut s'assurer de désirer ce genre de voyage pour apprécier cet hôtel.
Nous avions une chambre swim out et nous avons adoré, l'eau etait chaude et nous avions beaucoup de soleil. La nourriture est excellente, les buffet ne sont pas gros mais tout y est délicieux, il y a un restaurant a la carte sans réservation et cetait très bon.Nous avons pu manger à l'extérieur a presque tous les repas et j'ai bien aimé manger sur le bord de la plage tous les diner .Le service est impeccable, tout est fait dans les détails et on voit la difference , le personnel est souriant , a l'écoute et present . Nous y sommes allé en juin et il y avait enormement de sargasse donc pour la plage nous n'avons pas vraiment pu en profiter mais nous savions que ca allait surment etre comme ca !

The staff is great! Impeccable cleanliness throughout the resort, especially in the rooms. The beach is small or nonexistent and very rocky depending on the location. The main pool is too small and requires ladders to get out of the water…not ideal! The beach activities and fire show were superb! Be aware that the free catamaran activity is only 2 hours with a 30-minute snorkeling session; however, the beach is beautiful and the beach BBQ is excellent! The mattresses could use replacing! 90 minutes from the airport.

Les matelas seraient à changer!

The only disappointment was the beach, as we couldn't swim in the sea because of the seaweed. Otherwise, there isn't much space to walk on the beach unless you go through the barrier.

A fantastic, expansive site to explore. Direct diving right off the beach, even better than diving at Morama Beach. The included activities are really fun. The only downside: the restaurants. They couldn't find tables for 10. They separated us into tables of 6 and 4. If they could have put us in a different restaurant, they would have. The buffet was quite ordinary; Cuba has nothing to envy them for.

Super site vaste à découvrir. Plongée directe sur la plage, même mieux que la plongée à morama beach. Activités incluses sont vraiment le fun. Le seul bémol: les restaurants, pas capable d’avoir des tables pour 10. Ils nous séparaient en table de 6 et 4. S’ils auraient pu nous mettre dans un autre restaurant, ils auraient fait. Buffet assez ordinaire même que Cuba a rien à leur envier.
