Positive: I received very good service, the restaurant, the food and the service were great, the breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner were very good. The rooms were very clean, the pool was very clean even though there were a lot of people. No activities at the hotel but there were lots of things to see and do and at a good price. The beach and the street were very clean, a destination to recommend. Don't be fooled by the negatives, you have to see it for yourself, it's a very beautiful destination...beautiful and warm. Negative: For me, none, it's a vacation.
Positif : j ai recue un tres bon service ,le restaurant la bouffe et le service etait super ,le déjeuner excellant,diner et souper tres bien.
More... Less...chambres tres propre ,la picine tres propre meme s il y avait beaucoup de monde .
aucune activité a l hotel mais beaucoup de chose a voir et a faire et ce a bon prix.
plage et rue tres propre
destination a recommender ne vous fier pas aux négatif il faut le voir soit meme ,tres belle destination ...beau et chaud Négatif : pour moi aucun c est les vacances

Positive: Friendly and hardworking staff. Negative: Last year the buffet was super good at all 3 meals. This year (2008) the food left something to be desired at dinner.
Positif : Personnel sympatique et travaillant Négatif : L`année passée le buffet était super bon aux 3 repas.
More... Less...Cette année(2008)la nourriture laissait à désirer au souper.

Positive: Friendly staff and working Negative: Last year the buffet was super good for three meals. This year (2008) the food was poor at dinner.
Positif : Personnel sympatique et travaillant Négatif : L`année passée le buffet était super bon aux 3 repas.

Positive: The weather was very nice and very hot. The buffet food is very good. Varied food every day. The restaurant staff is very friendly and courteous, unlike the hotel staff. There is no à la carte restaurant. Negative: The hotel is dirty. The pools are also dirty. They are only cleaned once a week: dead bees, hair, and leaves are found in them... The rooms are dirty too. There is no pressure in the shower. The toilets leak and there are foul odors coming out. There are no activities included. Excursions are affordable, such as the city tour, La Roquéta Island, Coyuca Lagoon, etc. However, the tour guides do not speak French well. Some even do not understand you when you speak to them.

More... Less...La cuisine du buffet est très bonne. Cuisine variée tous les jours. Le personnel du restaurant est très chaleureux et courtois contrairement à celui de l`hôtel.
Il n`y a pas de restaurant à la carte. Négatif : L`hôtel est sale. Les piscines également. Elles sont nettoyées qu`une fois par semaine : on y retrouve abeille morte, cheveux et feuilles ... Les chambres le sont aussi. Il n`y a pas de pression dans la douche. Les toilettes fuient et il y a des odeurs nauséabondes qui en ressortent.
Il n`y a aucune activité incluse. Les excursions sont abordables telles que le tour de ville, l`île de La Roquéta, le lagon de Coyuca, etc... Cependant les guides touristiques ne parlent pas bien le français. Certains même ne vous comprennent pas quand on leur parle.
