In general, the staff were professional. However, we felt we were approached a lot to participate in activities.

I had a wonderful stay. But when I arrived on a Sunday, there were a lot of locals. They come to spend their weekends there.

We spent a great week at this hotel. Friendly staff, lots of things to do, the food was great. There were plenty of chairs at the pool and beach for everyone. We went at the end of April and beginning to May which was a VERY quiet period, which is exactly what we were looking for. One day was busy for a lot of the locals came to spend the day. It wasn’t the best experience for they were extremely loud, left lots of garbage, drinks, things laying around. They used our towels and seats while we were in the pool which wasn’t great. Other than that one day, everything else was wonderful.

This stay proved extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations. Here are the major problems encountered: 1. The internet connection was very unstable. Some days, there was no access at all in my room. 2. On Friday evening, we were without electricity for approximately 5 hours. Afterward, power outages occurred daily, sometimes twice a day, lasting about an hour each time. 3. Access to water was irregular, repeatedly preventing me from showering or using the bathroom facilities. At times, even in the morning, I was unable to brush my teeth due to the lack of water. 4. A persistent sewer smell was present in the room and worsened over the course of several days. 5. When the occupants of the floor above used the shower, dirty water dripped from the ceiling of my bathroom, including from the sink light and into the shower, which is unacceptable from a hygiene and safety standpoint. 6. The swimming pool was never cleaned, raising serious health concerns. 7. The neighbors regularly smoked in the evenings, and the next morning, cigarette ash was found on my bedroom floor. No cleaning had been done, and I had to ask the housekeeper to clean the room myself on the second day. Despite several requests to the staff on site, no concrete action was taken. Employees came to assess the problems, but no follow-up was conducted.

Ce séjour s’est avéré extrêmement décevant et bien en deçà des standards attendus. Voici les problématiques majeures rencontrées : 1. Le réseau internet était très instable. Certaines journées, aucun accès n’était disponible dans ma chambre. 2. Le vendredi soir, nous avons été privés d’électricité pendant environ 5 heures. Par la suite, des coupures de courant survenaient quotidiennement, parfois deux fois par jour, pour une durée d’environ une heure chaque fois. 3. L’accès à l’eau était irrégulier, m’empêchant à plusieurs reprises de prendre une douche ou d’utiliser les installations sanitaires. À certains moments, même le matin, il m’était impossible de me brosser les dents en raison de l’absence d’eau. 4. Une odeur d’égout persistante était présente dans la chambre et s’est aggravée au fil des jours. 5. Lors de l’utilisation de la douche par les occupants de l’étage supérieur, de l’eau souillée s’écoulait du plafond de ma salle de bain, notamment par la lumière du lavabo et dans la douche, ce qui est inacceptable sur le plan de l’hygiène et de la sécurité. 6. La piscine n’était jamais nettoyée, soulevant des préoccupations importantes quant à la salubrité. 7. Les voisins fumaient régulièrement le soir, et le lendemain matin, de la cendre de cigarette se retrouvait sur le plancher de ma chambre. Aucun ménage n’avait été effectué, et j’ai dû moi-même demander à la femme de ménage de nettoyer la chambre le deuxième jour. Malgré plusieurs demandes d’intervention auprès du personnel sur place, aucune action concrète n’a été prise. Des employés se déplaçaient constater les problèmes, mais aucun suivi n’était effectué.
