Lack of activities and entertainment on the beach. Excellent service at reception and in the restaurants, including the buffet. However, on weekends, the Dominicans arrive and take over completely. All the shows and activities revolve around them, and we travelers feel left out. Otherwise, everything was perfect! The beach, the food, the rooms. The staff is fantastic!!!

Manque d'activité et animation à la plage. Excellent service à l'accueil ainsi qu'aux restaurants y compris le buffet. Par contre le week-end les dominicains arrivent et prennent toute la place. Et tous les spectacles et activités tournent autour d'eux et nous les voyageurs ont se sent mis de côté.
Pour le reste tout était parfait ! La plage, la nourriture, les chambres.
Le personnel est formidable !!!

We just spent a week there as a family and the place exceeded our expectations! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms and grounds are clean. There are a few vendors on the beach, but they're not pushy; they leave when you say no. It rained heavily at night, so there was a bit of litter on the beach early in the morning (6-7 am), but it was cleaned up very quickly. There are a lot of staff everywhere on the resort, and everything is dealt with promptly when needed. The buffet was good, with plenty of variety and different offerings every day. The restaurants were also excellent: the food, presentation, and fast service were all very good. A market is just a 5-minute walk away, which is convenient for buying souvenirs and excursions (it costs half the price). There are shows every evening. We'll definitely be going back in the fall!

Nous venons d'y passer 1 semaine en famille et l'endroit etait au delà de nos attentes.!

Quelques vendeurs sur la plage, mais pas trop harcelant quand tu dit non il s'en vont.

Il pleuvait beaucoup la nuit seulement donc il y avait un peu de "déchets" sur la plage tôt le matin(6-7h) mais c'était très vite ramassé, il y a énormément beaucoup d'employés sur le site partout et tout est très vite pris en charge quand il le faut.
Le buffet était bon, beaucoup de variété et de changement chaque jours.
Les restaurants également: la nourriture, présentation et le service rapide et vraiment bien.

Un marché est a seulement 5 minutes de marche
Pratique pour acheter des souvenirs et des excursions. (ça coûte la moitié du prix)

Il y a des spectacles tous les soirs.

Nous y retournons sans hésiter à l'automne !

It's clean and the food is decent. Otherwise, I didn't see any water sports on the beach (kayaking, windsurfing, etc.). The vendors on the beach aren't pushy. Saying no with a smile and a "have a good day" goes over well. There's no bar in the lobby; the good coffee is served in a small, enclosed counter in cardboard cups. There are other small shops where it's unclear whether you're allowed to go. As for the room: be careful what you say or do because you can hear everything. The walls are paper-thin, so I know when my neighbors had sex and, more importantly, how long it lasted... The color of your wristband probably gives a clue to your bank account... There are sections on the beach (a public beach, mind you...) reserved for "members." I'm just an ordinary person, so I didn't have access to much... A waiter at lunch whispering "I love you" in your ear is frankly unpleasant. I'm not looking for a husband! A hotel I won't be returning to.

C'est propre et la nourriture est correcte. Pour le reste, je n'ai vu aucun sport nautique à la plage ( kayak, planche....). Les vendeurs sur la plage ne sont pas harcelants. Dire non avec un sourire et un ''have a good day'' ça passe bien. Pas de bar dans le lobby, le bon café est dans un petit comptoir fermé et servi dans des verres de carton. D'autres petites boutiques où on ne sait pas vraiment si on a le droit d'y aller. La chambre: attention à ce que vous dites ou à ce que vous faites car on entend tout, les murs sont en papier alors mon couple voisin je sais quand ils ont eu une relation et surtout combien de temps ça duré ... La couleur de votre bracelet donne probablement un indice de votre compte de banque...Des sections sur la plage ( plage publique on s'entend.....) réservée ''aux membres''. Moi je fais partie du monde ordinaire, donc j'ai pas eu accès à grand chose....Un serveur au déjeuner qui te susurre des ''I love you'' à l'oreille, c'est franchement déplaisant. Je ne me cherche pas de mari!! Un hôtel où je ne retournerai pas.
