Small family with 2 children, ages 5 and 7. The room, a Jr. Suite with a sea view, was nice and clean. The hotel was generally clean, and the staff was courteous. The hotel was small. During my stay, they rented most of the rooms to college kids for my spring break. This had a negative impact on our stay. It was very bright, day, evening, and night, in the restaurants, in short, everywhere. In addition, the kids were very disrespectful to everyone and the staff. They were there for the party. Broken glass near the pools.... in short, I do not recommend this hotel during spring break, or ever. I will not return. Positive: Beautiful beach, very windy. Very friendly staff. Room and hotel generally clean. The food was good. There was internet almost everywhere and a small convenience store. The gym was small, with few weights, but functional and clean. Negative: Accepts groups of young people. Little service (waiter) near the pools. The bar closes at 10 p.m. Impossible to bring food from the restaurant to our room or to the poolside. They could bring food to the poolside with a special menu, good luck finding a server. We had to sign a bill for every meal for $0?? Little service at the beach (waiter). The beach bar often ran out of drinks. Only 2 restaurants, one that is open for all meals, a la carte and buffet service. The other Italian restaurant, open only for dinner. No entertainment, however there was an entertainment team busy playing pin pong?? No show in the evening. The kids club, although the lady was nice, she refused our children because she wanted to play volleyball with the entertainment team and she had no other children. After speaking to the hotel manager this did not happen again. However, all the activities were inside a small room. A quick note on cleanliness: someone had diarrhea by the pool. They just quickly mopped it. They didn't disinfect or shock the children's pool. Luckily, we were leaving the next day. When we left, there were still visible traces...

Petite famille 2 enfants 5 et 7 ans. La chambre, suite jr. Vue sur la mer, était bien et propre. L'hotel en general etait propre, le staff courtois. L'hôtel était petite. Durant mon séjour, ils ont loué la majorité des chambres à des jeunes du collège pour me spring break. Cela a eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour. C'était très brillant, le jour, le soir, la nuit, dans les restaurants, bref partout. De plus les jeunes manquais grandement de respect envers tous le monde et le staff. Ils étaient la pour le party. Verre cassé proche des piscines.... bref je ne conseille pas cette hotel durant le spring break, ni jamais. Moi je ne retourne pas la. Positif : Belle plage, beaucoup de vent. Staff très gentil. Chambre et hotel en général propre. La nourriture était bonne. Il y avait Internet presque partout et un petit dépanneur. Le gym était petit, peu de poids, mais fonctionnel et propre. Négatif : Accepte les groupes de jeunes. Peu de service( waiter) proche des piscines. Le bar ferme à 10pm. Impossible l'apporter de la nourriture du restaurant a notre chambre ou sur le bord de la piscine. Ils pouvaient apporté de la nourriture sur le bord de la piscine avec un menu spéciale, bonne chance de trouvé un serveur. Nous devions signé une facture a tout les repas du montant de 0$?? Peu de service à la plage( waiter). Le bar a la plage manquais souvent de boisson. Seulement 2 restaurant, un qui est ouvert tout les repas, service à la carte et buffet. L'autre resto Italien, ouvert seulement pour souper. Aucune animation, par contre il y avait une équipe d'annimation occupé à jouer au pin pong ?? Aucun spectacle le soir. Le kids club, bien que la madame était gentille, elle a refusé nos enfants car elle voulait jouer au volley Ball avec l'équipe d'animation et qu'elle n'avait pas d'autre enfants . Àpres avoir parlé a la gérante de l'hôtel cela ne c'est pas reproduis. Par contre, toute les activités étaient à l'intérieur d'une petite salle. Petit point pour la propreté, quelqu'un a eu la diarrhée sur le bord de la piscine. Ils simplement passé la moppe rapidement. Ils n'ont pas désinfecter ni shocker la piscine des enfants. Heureusement on partait le lendemain. Lors de notre départ il y avait toujours des traces visible....
