Excellent place to stay and relax
Excellent endroit où séjourner et se reposer
I strongly recommend that the hotel ban smoking in all public areas to protect the health of guests and staff. In Canada, smoking is prohibited in most indoor public spaces, which helps create a healthier and more pleasant environment for everyone. A similar policy would greatly improve the guest experience.
Je recommande vivement à l’hôtel d’interdire de fumer dans tous les espaces publics afin de protéger la santé des clients et du personnel. Au Canada, il est interdit de fumer dans la plupart des lieux publics intérieurs, ce qui contribue à offrir un environnement plus sain et agréable pour tous. Une politique similaire améliorerait grandement l’expérience des visiteurs.

Dissatisfied with my stay

Numerous problems, including the unavailability of water in the hotel on several occasions, especially on the 5th floor. An experience not to be repeated.
Beaucoup de problèmes, dont celui de la non disponibilité de l'EAU dans l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises et surtout au 5e étage. Expérience à ne pas refaire.

Voyage en couples
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. Everyone, whether at the buffet, the bar, or on the beach, was very kind and smiling. We especially liked Junior and Anita at the buffet, and the man at the clubhouse was very playful (always joking with us). The entertainment with Gigi and Super Mambo was very enjoyable. The beach isn't huge, but there's still plenty of shade. We'll definitely go back.

A week in paradise!
Une semaine au paradis!
This charming and welcoming hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Its clifftop location gives it an incredible character. The surrounding nature is breathtaking. The walkway leading to the beach is unique, as is the elevator. The pool is also magnificent. Everything is close by and easily accessible. The beach is lovely, with very little seaweed and cleaned daily, offering plenty of shade under the palm trees. There's also a staircase you can take down to the beach and walk along a boardwalk to small islands. Very picturesque. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and a mini-bar replenished daily. Excellent food and great self-service coffee. Every evening, there's entertainment on the terrace overlooking the town. In short, we will definitely return!
Cet hôtel chaleureux au charme unique a dépassé nos attentes à tous les niveaux. Le fait qu'il soit juché au haut d'une falaise lui donne un cachet incroyable. La nature environnante est à couper le souffle.
More... Less...La passerelle menant à la plage est unique ainsi que l'ascenseur. La piscine est magnifique également. Tout est proche et facile d'accès.
La plage est charmante , très peu d'algues et nettoyée tous les jours , beaucoup d'ombre avec les palmiers aussi.
Il y a aussi un escalier que nous pouvons emprunter pour descendre à la plage et aller marcher sur une passerelle menant à de petites îles. Très pittoresque.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, lit très confortable et mini-bar rempli tous les jours. Nourriture excellente et de très bons cafés en libre service. Tous les soirs , animation sur la terrasse face à la ville.
En résumé, nous y retournerons certainement !
