Excellent hôtel, personnel courtois et souriant dans un site exceptionnel

The view is great. The pool was cloudy for the first two days, but after notifying the manager, the pool was clear. The buffet had several vegetable dishes, cheese, and salad, but not many prepared dishes containing meat. The staff were very friendly. The entertainment needs improvement as it was very basic. If you want a quiet place to relax, you've come to the right place.

La vue est super piscine 2 premiers jours brouillé mais après avoir avisé le directeur la piscine claire le buffet plusieurs plats de legume ,fromage,salade mais pas beaucoup de plat préparé contenant de la viande, les employés très gentils ,l'animation est a revoir pcq très , basic si vous voulez un endroit tranquil pour vous reposez vous êtes a la bonne place

We don't understand why we had to wait until 4 PM for our room... there were no beers in the refrigerator, which was overheating and not very cold, there was a missing sheet on the bed, and not enough toilet paper for the next morning... Our cousin had the same room three weeks ago and had trouble getting the water to reach the shower; this was reported to you, and it remained the same... I didn't dare swim in the pool for the last three days because the water was too murky... The nearby town, within walking distance, served as our cardio workout every morning. In general, the Republicans who live there are very nice, but there should be more security in the wooded area by the bridge, as two women felt compelled to turn back when they encountered teenagers who didn't seem right in the head and appeared threatening. Also, there should be more facilities for receiving assistance in case of illness. Edisio, Raphaël, José, Gigi, and Rolando at the bars and entertainment venues enhanced our stay with their good humor, smiles, and kindness, as did José and Juan in the restaurants. Junior, the curly-haired lady, and the smiling young woman at the buffet were also wonderful. I would recommend the hotel to a friend who is easily satisfied, as I'm not sure if they would be able to meet the demand during peak season.

Nous ne comprenons pas que nous ayons attendu jusqu'à 16 h pour avoir notre chambre... il n'y avait pas de bières dans le réfrigérateur qui chauffe et n'est pas très froid, il manquait un drap dans le lit et ne restait pas assez de papier de toilette pour le lendemain matin...

Notre cousine avait eu la même chambre, il y a trois semaines, avait eu de la difficulté pour faire monter l'eau du robinet à la douche, ça vous avait été rapporté et c'était resté pareille...

Je n'ai pas osé me baigner dans la piscine les trois derniers jours, car elle étaient trop brouillée...

La ville tout près à pied nous a servi de cardio tous les matins. En général, les républicains qui y habitent sont très gentils, mais iI devrait avoir plus de sécurité dans les boisés du pont, car deux femmes se sont senties obligées de rebrousser chemin lors d'apparition d'adolescents qui ne semblaient pas en état normal et semblaient menaçants. Aussi pour recevoir assistance en cas de malaise.

Edisio, Raphaël, José, Gigi et Rolando aux bars et à l'animation ont su agrémenter notre séjour par leurs bonne humeur, leurs sourire et leurs gentillesse, ainsi que José et Juan aux restaurants Junior, la dame aux cheveux frisés et la jeune fille souriante au buffet.

Je recommanderais l'hôtel à un ami qui se contente facilement, car je ne suis pas certaine si en haute saison ils seraient en mesure de bien répondre à la demande...

The buffet was too small and not very varied, but acceptable; there was a lack of bacon at lunch and fries at the buffet.

Buffet trop petit,pas très varié,mais acceptable,manque de bacon au déjeuner et de frites au buffet
