very disappointed

Rooms were lacking a lot of love, noisy beach with jackhammers and concrete saws 7 days a week, lots of sand fleas and there are a lot of restaurants but the menu is very similar, steak, salmon, chicken
Chambres manquait beaucoup d'amour plage bruyante avec marteau piqueurs et scie a béton 7 jours sur 7, beaucoup de puce de sable et il y as beaucoup de resto mais le menu est tres similaire, steak, saumon poulet

Beautiful resort! But disappointed by the food!

We had a wonderful stay! The only downside was the food! Some dishes were strange in terms of taste and ingredients!

Modern hotel, very nice swim up. Room is starting to get worn, stained sofas, a bit of mold in the shower. Food is okay, nothing more. Amazing staff, very good service! No reservations necessary in the restaurants. Everything is very clean. Negative point: the alcohol is diluted everywhere except at the reception bar. (disappointment due to the price)

Excellent hôtel et personnel des plus sympathiques
Excellence sets the bar very high for the quality of its overall service thanks to its professional and friendly staff. The restaurants, bars, and buffets are all excellent. We were treated to two "special" dinners: Super Bowl and Valentine's Day. It is, however, unfortunate that some customers behaved as if they were in a low-end establishment. Several of them (mostly American) deserved a warning, especially about their alcohol consumption. We will definitely return, hoping to encounter as few Ostrogoths as possible...

More... Less...Les restaurants, les bars et buffets sont tous excellents. On a eu droit à deux soupers "spéciaux" : Super Bowl et la Saint-Valentin.
Il est toutefois dommage que certains clients se conduisent comme s'ils étaient dans un établissement de bas de gamme. Plusieurs d'entre eux (américains pour la plupart) auraient mérité un rappel à l'ordre, notamment sur leur consommation d'alcool.
On certainement y retourner en espérant d'y croiser le moins d'Ostrogoths possible...

Superb complex with impeccable service
Superbe complexe avec service impeccable
Very nice, well-maintained hotel, polite and helpful staff, but unfortunately the beach (in Uvero Alto) is seriously eroded, several palm trees uprooted and fallen, the sea is almost always rough and not swimmable (red flag every day). Evening shows with live bands starting at 8:30, always excellent. Most of the à la carte restaurants are very good, but the service is very slow. Not really a buffet for lunch, it's more of a Beach BBQ with 3 dishes in warmers, but there are 3 à la carte restaurants for lunch. If this hotel was on Bavaro Beach, it would be perfect!
Très bel hôtel bien entretenu, personnel poli et serviable, mais hélas la plage (à Uvero Alto) est sérieusement érodée, plusieurs palmiers déracinés et tombés, la mer est presque toujours déchaînée et pas baignable (drapeau rouge tous les jours). Spectacles le soir avec bands live à partir de 8:30, toujours excellents. La plupart des restos à la carte sont très bien, mais le service est très lent. Pas vraiment de buffet pour le lunch, c’est plutôt un Beach BBQ avec 3 plats dans des réchauds, mais il y a 3 restos à la carte pour le lunch. Si cet hôtel était sur la plage de Bavaro, ça serait parfait!
