Le seule problème à cette endroit c’est la direction qui le provoque, le service de serviettes de plage illimité qui congestionne l’ensemble des chaises de plage et de la piscine. Le monde en prend plusieurs et les abandonnent sur les chaises quand ils change de places, on ne sait plus si les chaises sont occuper où non. Très tôt l’avant-midi il n’y a plus de place à la piscine et une bonne partie de la plage. S’ils adoptaient la méthode des autre hôtels, une serviette par personne ce problème serait réglé. Les palapas sont en quantité très limité, il y aurait de la place pour en rajouter au moins deux rangées la largeur de l’hôtel, ceux qui sont en avant de la partie gauche de l’hôtel sont vraiment trop coller et les chaises aussi. Si ces correctifs seraient effectuer il n’y aurait plus rien à dire car tout le reste est parfait. Positif : Personnel, Restaurants, Buffets, Bars, Plage. Négatif : Manque de chaises à cause du libre-service de serviettes, manque de palapas.

Passer 2 semaines du 5 au 19 mars 2016 au Fiesta americana condesa, très satisfait en général, service excellent, propreté partout, nourriture santé varier, chaises et places en quantité suffisante. Chambres bien mais un rajeunissement de la robinetterie du lavabo qui est à débit d'eau restreint et la douche doit fonctionner à plein régime pour avoir de l'eau en haut au gicleur n'est pas très économique en 2016. La porte-patio très difficile à ouvrir et à refermer, tout le système électrique, lampes, ventilateur, interrupteurs fonctionnent difficilement, il n'y a pas d'horloge en nulle part dans les chambres et partout dans l'hôtel, même pas au comptoir d'enregistrement. Le bar du lobby est vraiment trop court, il faut faire la ligne d'attente si quelques clients y demeurent à jaser. Le pire c'est les serviettes de plage qui sont en libre-service sans limite, beaucoup s'en prennent 4 chacun et les laissent là et s'en prennent d'autres au lieu de les apporter avec eux. Il en traine partout et il y a des employés attitrer au ramassage, ils ne fournissent pratiquement pas, beaucoup de lavage pour rien. Positif : Service rapide et dynamique, nourriture excellente, propreté en générale. Négatif : Rénover les chambres, bar du lobby trop petit, restreindre l'accès aux serviettes de plage, affichage de l'heure au comptoir d'enregistrement au moins.

Bel hôtel très propre, pas trop grand, en forme de U donc peu importe ou vous êtes situé vous voyez très bien la mer. Il n'y a que trois restaurants à la carte qui sont très bons. Par contre on y fait vite le tour en 1 semaine. N'apportez pas votre propre vin au restaurant car ils vous charge 25$ US pour l'ouvrir. On se faisait alors un petit 5 à 7 dans notre chambre et on arrivait avec notre propre verre de vin au resto. cela passait très bien. Nous nous levions à 5h00 pour allez réserver nos chaises à l'ombre car il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ombre et peu de palapas. La piscine était très bien mais l'eau un peu brouille dû à la crème solaire des gens. Malgré tout, très beau séjour et salle de gym très bien. Nous avons 2 enfants (2 et 4 ans) et je ne les y amèneraient pas à cet hôtel. aucun jeux d'eau pour enfants. Les barcelos sont encore gagnants avec les enfants pour nous. Ce voyage était notre 11e dans le sud, hôtel payé trop cher pour ce qu'il est en réalité.
