Overall, a very nice hotel, but there are also some negative points. We had a very nice stay. Very welcoming staff, especially Jose at the beach restaurant who gave us excellent, very attentive service with such kindness and always a beautiful smile. Positive: A la carte restaurants, no reservations required, which is a big plus and we never waited. There are many a la carte restaurants for the size of the site. The French restaurant Le Petit Plaisir and the Japanese restaurant are particularly excellent. The staff is always attentive and smiling. Towels are available at will in compartments available everywhere near the pool and the beach. Very clean hotel and modern rooms. They clean the rooms twice a day (morning and evening). Negative: We cannot adjust the air conditioning in the room ourselves and it was cold. We asked to adjust it warmer and it was too hot. So, we asked to put it a little colder and they put it back to the way it was at the beginning. So, we gave up and closed it periodically to moderate the room. Another point: since it's modern, the bathroom lights turn on by themselves using sensors that react to our movements, which is a disadvantage at night when we have to go to the bathroom because there is no door in the bathroom and the lights turn on by illuminating the room, which wakes the other person. Finally, one last point: the main buffet is not very elaborate in the evening compared to other 5-star hotel buffets, but this is compensated by the fact that you can go to the à la carte restaurants as much as you want. In addition, the main buffet room is so brightly lit in the evening that it is not inviting to go there in the evening because it looks like a cafeteria. On the other hand, in the morning and at lunch, the buffet is excellent.
