The beach, which was supposed to be beautiful, was unfortunately not maintained. Seaweed washed up from the sea but wasn't collected by the city along the coast, so it kept returning to the water, making it unpleasant and impossible to swim. I'm going to file a complaint against the city of Cancun because we paid two new taxes without receiving any service.

La plage qui devait être sublime était malheureusement pas entretenue car les algues sont sorties de la mer mais n'ont pas été ramassées par la ville tout au long de la côte et donc revenaient à l'eau mer et désagréable. We loved our stay, everything was perfect: the food, the service, the very friendly staff, the property (a beautiful resort), and the stunning beach. The only downside was not enough palapas. I highly recommend it! 👍

A very nice place with fantastic staff!

I loved everything about my stay; the only thing I think needs improvement is the insufficient number of palapas on the beach, and they're too tall to provide shade. Otherwise, it was perfect!
