Formerly known as the Wyndham Alltra Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, the hotel changed its name on June 16, 2025, and is now the Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect: the food, the service, the very friendly staff, the property (a beautiful resort), and the stunning beach. The only downside was not enough palapas. I highly recommend it! 👍

I loved everything about my stay; the only thing I think needs improvement is the insufficient number of palapas on the beach, and they're too tall to provide shade. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Very nice trip to Sunscape. Small, cozy resort. The staff is so kind and friendly. Beautiful shows every night to have fun and enjoy. The food is good, not as much choice as in big resorts but able to find what you are looking for. A la carte restaurants are delicious. Very nice week in this place.

Très beau voyage au Sunscape. Petit resort chaleureux. Le personnel est tellement gentil et sympathique. Beaux spectacles à tous les soirs pour s’amuser et en profiter.
