Superb hotel, excellent service
Superbe hôtel, service extra
Wonderful new complex, not too big, just perfect. Superb room and bed. Buffets and restaurants decent considering the circumstances.
Merveilleux complexe neuf, pas trop grand, juste parfait. Chambre et lit superbe.

I give a big "wow" to the young animation guy who starts work at 9 am and finishes at 2 am, and maybe even later. They work 16-17 hour days, always with a good mood and a smile.

A shortened and disappointing stay, far from the quality expected for an all-inclusive package, even for Cuba.

Our stay in Cuba was cut short due to Hurricane Melissa, but beyond this exceptional situation, the overall quality of service was very disappointing. The food was extremely repetitive and meager (mostly canned peas and beans, with no fresh fruits or vegetables, and almost no protein). The advertised à la carte restaurants were closed—the staff explained they were "off-season"—and the only one open offered the same dishes as the buffet. Furthermore, the buffet area was full of flies, making the meals unpleasant and unhygienic. We are familiar with Cuba and its standards, but this time the level of service was unacceptable.
Notre séjour à Cuba a été écourté à cause de l’ouragan Melissa, mais au-delà de cette situation exceptionnelle, la qualité générale du service était très décevante.
More... Less...La nourriture était extrêmement répétitive et pauvre (principalement pois et haricots en conserve, sans fruits ni légumes frais, presque pas de protéines).
Les restaurants à la carte annoncés étaient fermés — le personnel a expliqué qu’ils étaient « off-season » — et le seul ouvert proposait les mêmes plats que le buffet.
De plus, la salle du buffet était pleine de mouches, ce qui rendait les repas désagréables et peu hygiéniques.
Nous connaissons bien Cuba et ses standards, mais cette fois le niveau de service était inacceptable.

Family and friends trip, adults and toddlers. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff very good. We go to Cuba for the beach and not the food. IF YOU ARE like us, do not go to this hotel. Several experiences in Cuba and this is the most neglected beach. The algae in the water is that which is it but the mass of algae is not collected and accumulates on the edge and it stays there. The sand is not cleaned either. Not the image of Cuba. 3 times in Cuba since October 2024 we managed for meals but this is below our limit. Same thing at the bar. Beer no problem, but, for the usual drinks forget it apart from Cuba Libre and Cubata. The staff tries to make a drink with what they have. We did not lack water or electricity. The weather was very nice we enjoyed the pools and water games.
Voyage familles et amis adultes et tout petits. L hotel est tres beau le personnel tres bien. Nous allons a Cuba pour la plage et pas la nourriture. SI VS ETES comme nous , n allez pas a cet hotel. Plusieurs experiences a Cuba et c est la plage la plus negligee. Les algues dans l eau c est ca qui est ca mais l amas des algues n est pas ramasse et s accumule sur le bord et ca reste la. Le sable n est pas nettoye non plus .pas a l image de Cuba. 3 x a cuba depuis oct 2024 on se debrouillait pour les repas mais la c est sous notre limite . Meme chose au bar. Biere pas de probleme, mais , pour les drinks habituels oubliez ca a part cuba libre et cubata. Le personnel s efforce de faire un drink avec ce qu ils ont. On a pas manque d eau ni d electricite . il a fait tres beau on a profiter des piscines et jeux d eau.

It's a shame because this hotel has potential. Everything is new and the site is super beautiful but there are too many negative points. The beach is full of seaweed and trash. The seaweed wasn't picked up once all week. I even found a syringe in the sand where the children were playing and no one seemed to care. The buffet was really pathetic. We know that Cuba is often the minimum for food but this was less than the minimum. No pasta of the week. A half-empty buffet at every meal. No cold meats to make sandwiches. And the locals who empty everything when they arrive. Very disappointed by this hotel. My worst trip to Cuba (7th time I went there).
C’est dommage car cet hôtel à du potentiel. Tout est neuf et le site est super beau mais il y a trop de points négatifs.
More... Less...La plage est remplis d’algues et de déchets. Les algues n’ont pas été ramassés une seul fois de la semaine. J’ai même trouvé une seringue dans le sable ou les enfants jouaient et personne ne semblait s’en soucier.
Le buffet faisait vraiment pitié. On sais que Cuba c’est souvent le minimum pour la nourriture mais la c’était moins que le minimum. Pas de pâtes de la semaine. Un buffet à moitié vide à tous les repas. Pas de viandes froides pour faire des sandwich. Et les locaux qui vident tout lorsqu’ils arrivent.
Très déçu par cet hôtel. Mon pire voyage à Cuba (7eme fois que j’y allais).
