A modestly sized and quiet hotel complex, really nice. Varied and very good buffet. Plenty of beach chairs, beautiful fine sandy beach. Bicycles available for rent. A 20-minute walk from Playa Del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay. The people are friendly and attentive to our needs. The only slight problem is that the representative from my airline never showed up for the meeting to share our departure details with us. Luckily, the reception staff helped me connect with the right people to get the right information.

The pool, bars, and some restaurants close too early. Too bad! We sometimes arrive late in the day and can't enjoy what we paid for. The staff is kind and friendly. Very good service and it's very clean! Delicious food!

La piscine, les bars, et quelques restaurant ferment trop tôt. Dommage! Nous arrivons parfois tard dans la journée et nous ne pouvons pas profiter de ce que nous avons payé.
