It's a beautiful hotel, but it's the first time I've ever been so bored in a hotel. From 5 pm to 9:30 pm, absolutely nothing happens, and there's nowhere near the bar for people to gather and meet. The small bistro tables near the lobby aren't conducive to conversation. They're too far from the bar and too spaced out. It's not suitable for solo travelers.

C’est un super bel hôtel mais c’est la première fois que je m’ennuie autant dans un hôtel. De 17h à 21h30 il ne se passe absolument rien et il n’y a pas de lieu à proximité du bar pour que les gens s’y regroupent et se rencontrent.

Les petites tables bistro près du lobby ne sont pas propices à ce que les gens puissent y discuter avec d’autres gens. Elles sont trop loin du bar et trop espacées.

Ce n’est pas adapté pour les voyageurs seuls.

We were there for three weeks, and the place is fantastic—beach, pool, etc. We never lacked food, however, the food distribution at the buffet could be greatly improved; the lines were endless. The beach buffet serves a pizza that everyone loves, but the service is poor, with lines stretching up to 1 a.m. They should be giving out numbers. We didn't need to use the Wi-Fi anymore since we got an international data plan for our cell phones, and it worked perfectly.

Nous n'avons aucunement manqué de nourriture parcontre la gestion de distribution de la nourriture au buffet pourrait être grandement améliorée, files d'attente interminable. Au buffet de la plage on sert une pizza très apprécié de tous, mais le service est déficient file d'attente jusqu'à 1h on devrait donner des numéros. Plus besoin d'être sur le wifi puisqu'on a pris un forfait international pour nos cellulaires avec données et ça fonctionne très bien.
