Holidays with young children

The water features are wonderful for children under 10. The pool is large and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The beach was decent during our stay. We went every day, but there was a lack of entertainment on the beach. The buffet was very repetitive. There wasn't much variety. They always served the same kind of chicken and pork. There was no grilled beef. We were very disappointed with the buffet food.

The buffet at Coba was a bit repetitive, but the food was good. I really enjoyed being able to eat at the Akumal buffet. The à la carte dinners are good, but you have to book several days in advance via the app. The beach was cleaned in the morning, so there was very little sargassum seaweed.

Overall, a pleasant experience
Expérience agréable dans l’ensemble
I went with my three children and it was a wonderful week. The resort is clean, the staff attentive, and everything is spotless. There were a few minor issues, but nothing serious. The beach is definitely not the highlight of this place. The buffet was also repetitive, and it was impossible to book any of the restaurants. Special thanks to Miguel and Karina at the buffet who provide five-star service.
