Bahia Principe Turquesa le positif et le négatif
Positive: cleanliness, food, restaurants, staff, service, pool, entertainment. Negative: beach too far, too small, and overcrowded. No access to chairs or space to set them up, lack of palapas.

Hotel correct
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. This hotel should be a 4-star, not a 5-star. The rooms are old, the staff isn't always friendly, the à la carte restaurants aren't very good, etc.
En général, nous avons aimé notre séjour, mais nous ne recommanderions pas cet endroit à quelqu’un d’autre. Cet hôtel devrait être un 4 étoiles et non un 5. Les chambres sont vieilles, le personnel n’est pas tout le temps gentil, les restaurants à la carte ne sont pas très bons, etc…

The water was very hot , the facet with hot was very hot and the facet with cold was also very hot, no cold water , in the shower had same problem, the front desk mgr nake us move to another room and was same problem. I wanted to come turquesa because the staff had told us in my last visit that they will renovate the hôtel but
Was never done, the mgr said to us that they changé their mind and did renovation in punta Cana. That’s bad we get wrong information. It need a massive renovation !!!

Perfect hotel for a quiet family vacation

We went on a family vacation (2 children aged 4 and 6). The site is quite quiet, but still lively. The water games were perfect for our children, even if they need a little fresh paint. We had access to the entire Punta Cana part (the section in the center of the 5-hotel complex). The room was okay: the beds were very hard, the decor needs some love, but it was clean. As for the food, impeccable! The service was okay, but a little better if you speak a little Spanish. In short, a perfect hotel for "small budgets" and if the room is not the priority.
Nous sommes allés en vacances en famille (2 enfants de 4 et 6 ans). Le site est assez tranquille, mais tout de même animé. Les jeux d’eau étaient parfaits pour nos enfants, même s’ils ont besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement de peinture.
More... Less...Nous avions accès à toute la partie du Punta Cana (la section au centre du complexe de 5 hôtels).
La chambre était correcte: les lits très durs, la déco à besoin d’amour, mais c’était propre.
Pour la nourriture, impeccable! Le service correct, mais un peu mieux si on parle un peu espagnol.
En bref, un hôtel parfait pour les « petits budgets » et si la chambre n’est pas la priorité.
