The hotel staff really seem stupid. We wanted to know how to make a call from the room to my credit card and he didn't know. The guy started yelling at my daughter. She had to run up to the room to get him to stop yelling. It was really incredible. He told her to go online and find out how to call Canada. I was charged $490 EURO instead of $49 EURO in a restaurant so you understand that it was important that I make the call to my credit card to find out if the refund had been made. And no help from them. No air conditioning. If we hadn't left the shutters open we would have died. Breakfast always the same. Even the lady at breakfast seemed really stupid. Cost of stay was expected but having to pay $3.00 EURO/day for the safe, so $22 Canadian for 5 nights, that's really very disappointing. The staff was really very stupid, it's incredible. Very disappointed with this hotel, they clearly don't like Quebecers. Positive: New shower. Relatively clean. Negative: No help making a call to Canada (credit card). The staff are very mean and stupid. I know that in Europe the rooms are small except that there is no storage. We had to leave everything in our suitcases throughout the stay. Also, the same goes for the bathroom, no place to put our toiletries.

Il a fallu qu’elle monte en courant dans la chambre pour qu’il arrête de crier. C’etait Vraiment incroyable. Il lui a dit va voir sur internet pour savoir comment appeller au Canada. Je me suis fais charger 490$ EURO plutôt que 49$ EURO dans un resto alors vous compreniez bien que c’etait Important que je fasse l’appel à ma carte de crédit pour savoir si le remboursement avait été effectué. Et aucune aide de leur part. Pas d’air climatisé. Si on n’avait pas laissé les volets ouverts on aurait crevé. Déjeuner toujours du pareil au même. Même la dame au déjeuner avait l’air vraiment bête. Coût de séjour on s’en attendait mais obligé de payer 3,00$ EURO/jour pour le coffre-fort donc 22$ Canadien pour 5 nuits, ça c’est vraiment très décevant. Le personnel était vraiment très bête c’est incroyable. Très déçue de cet hôtel, il n’aime pas les Québécois c’est clair. Positif : Douche neuve. Relativement propre. Négatif : Aucune aide pour faire un appel au Canada (carte de crédit). Le personnel sont très méchants et air bête. Je sais qu’en Europe les chambres sont mini sauf que là aucun rangement. On a dû tout laisser dans les valises tout le long du séjour. De plus, même chose pour la salle de bain, aucune place pour mettre nos articles de toilette.
