Negative: Buildings that are located near the main pool is not conducive to calm and naps. Many sounds and animation. Powerful waves. Eating with booking 3 nights only. Fee for safe. Près de l'aéroport et de différents attraits à visiter. Taxis à tarifs fixes organisés par l'hôtel. Piscine pour adultes agréable mais, sans parasol. Endroit parfait pour jeune famille, glissades pour enfants. Plage longue et propre pour marcher longtemps. Ascenseur et accommodations pour handicapés. Beaux jardins impeccables.
Possibilité de réserver vos restos via internet directement au concierge... Négatif : Bâtiments qui sont situés proches de la piscine principale ne sont pas propices aux calme et aux siestes. Beaucoup de bruits et animation.
Vagues puissantes. Restos avec réservation 3 soirs seulement. Frais pour coffre fort. Ouvert aux gens locaux. Énormément de vendeurs sur la plage. Incroyablement nombreux en permanence toute la journée, quasi difficile de lire un livre. Peu de chaises sur la plage, lever vous à 5hrs pour en avoir une. Peu intime. Attention si excursions qui demandent transport bateau.... beaucoup de vagues.

Le personnel est très courtois. Les chambres très propres. Négatif : Pour autres restaurants à la carte il y a place à l amélioration. On doit se lever à 6:30 h am pour avoir une place avec un palapa sur la plage.

guacamole extraordinaire et virgin ceasar excellent Négatif : aucun souci du détail , nous etions 3 adultes dans la chambre mais nous avions 2 carte pour la porte deux serviettes de plage deux bouteilles d'eau dans frigo manquer deux fois d'eau alors que ca c'est essentiel toujours se battre pour demander resto a la carte encore du mike mac pouvait pas reserver d'eu seul coup et le jour arriver soir lendemain aller reserver resto pas de place avant le lendemain alors 4 deplacements pour resto donc on compte 1/2 journee! check in pas assez de gens competent derriere comptoir et trop de staff pour rien attente infini pour enregistrement ensuite suppose concierge mettre bracelet (2 pers) ensuite je n'ai pas pense au coffret donc refaire la ligne pour avoir un coffre et ca ca serait leur job de te l'offrir comme ce n'etais pas inclus $2 par jour au prix qu'on a payer ca devrais etre inclus nous n'avons pas payer $1300. la nous avons payer $1900. par personne pour etre 3 adulte dans la meme chambre et 2 lits 3/4 en plus , wifi juste dans lobby wow!

It was the fourth time we have stayed at the Marival but it was the last. I understand that offers discounts to Mexican families at certain times but this time there were really too many children and this was the case for 10 of the 14 days of our stay. We do not hate children because we are great-grandparents but when you want to relax, the hotel is full and half of the residents are children it becomes too uncomfortable. Positive: Accommodation and impeccable cuisine. Negative: See general comments. The pool did not seem very clean. In the morning there was still a lot of oil on the surface. Obviously, when there are so many people around the bar and there is virtually no restrooms nearby ....

C'était la quatrième fois que nous allions au Marival mais ce fut la dernière. Je comprends qu'on offre des rabais aux familles mexicaines à certaines périodes mais cette fois il y avait vraiment trop d'enfants et ce fut le cas pendant 10 des 14 jours de notre séjour. Nous ne détestons pas les enfants car nous sommes arrières grands parents mais quand on veut se reposer, que l'hôtel est plein et que la moitié des résidents sont des enfants ça devient trop inconfortable.
Positif : Logement et cuisine impeccables. Négatif : Voir commentaires généraux. La piscine ne semblait pas très propre. Le matin il y avait encore beaucoup d'huile en surface. Évidemment, quand il y a autant de monde autour du bar et qu'il n'y a pratiquement pas de salles de toilettes proches....

Very nice trip! After more than 5 hours (a bit too long for my taste)! Everything goes well at the airport except Time Sharing people. We serve you a small "Welcome Drink" and you are directed to a counter and we are told about Nuevo Vallarta, places to go etc ... We are offered a taxi to the hotel + a free tour only if you confirm that you go to a lunch and pay $ 20 to reserve your place. We said no thank you and we left. It was a bit frustrating, but once we got out of the airport, the Nolitours / Transat agents greeted us, but only once we got out. Returned to the hotel, Check-in is done quickly. The rooms are pretty ordinary but clean. The housewives change the sheets every day and they spend the mop every day too. The hotel is really clean. People work really hard. The food is good. For lunch, we went to the Casa Bella restaurant, for dinner we went to the pizza place. They have pizza oven wood, really good these pizzas and what about nachos and guacamole heum! The mediterranean restaurant I think is the Pergola, succulent. The wine is horrible. Buy wine at the duty free before you go, seriously! The drinks are really good. I was never disappointed. They taste the same thing from one bar to another. At the M & M bar, try the chocolate martini. The beach is very clean. It is true that for the chairs, you have to wake up early, well around 6:30. People are very helpful, not always smiling at first but good. I must mention that Vincent de Nolitours is of exemplary kindness. Très beau voyage! Après plus de 5 heures ( un peu trop long à mon goût)! Tout ce passe bien à l'aéroport sauf les gens du Time Sharing. On vous sert un petit "Welcome Drink" et on vous dirige vers un comptoir et on nous parle de Nuevo Vallarta, les endroits où aller etc... On nous offre un taxi pour se rendre à l'hôtel + une excursion gratuite seulement si vous confirmer que vous allez à un déjeuner et payer 20$ pour réserver votre place. On a dit non merci et on est parti. C'était un peu frustrant mais bon une fois sortie de l'aéroport les agents de Nolitours/Transat nous accueillent, finalement mais seulement une fois sortie. Rendu à l'hôtel, le Check-in se fait rapidement. Les chambres sont assez ordinaires mais propre. Les femmes de ménages changent les draps à tous les jours et elles passent la mop à tous les jours également. L'hôtel est vraiment propre. Les gens travaillent vraiment forts. La nourriture est bonne. Pour les déjeuners, on allait au resto Casa Bella, pour dîner on allait au pizza place. Ils ont des pizzas four à bois, vraiment bonnes ces pizzas et que dire des nachos et de la guacamole heum! Le resto meditéraneen je pense que c'est la Pergola, succulent. Le vin est horrible. Acheter du vin au duty free avant de partir, sérieusement! Les drinks sont vraiment bons. Je n'ai jamais été déçue. Ils goûtent toute la même chose d'un bar à l'autre. Au M&M bar, essayer le chocolate Martini.
La plage est très propre. C'est vrai que pour les chaises, il faut se réveiller de bonne heure, bien vers 6:30. Les gens sont très serviables, pas toujours souriant au début mais bon. Je dois mentionner que Vincent de Nolitours est d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Je dois dire que j'ai voyagé plus d'une dizaine de fois dans le sud et pour moi et les représentants devraient tous être comme lui. N'oubliez pas la soirée mexicaine, c'est le mardi soir. Positif : La nourriture et les drinks sont bons!
