Great hotel, but a bit far from the beach. Positive: Very quiet at Grand Memories (not Splash) and all the staff were really nice. Negative: A bit far from the beach and there is limited access if you don't buy the "diamond club."

Super hôtel, mais un peu loin de la plage. Positif : Très tranquil au Grand Memories (pas Splash) et tout le personnel était vraiment gentil. Négatif : Un peu loin de la plage et il y a un accès limite si tu n’achètes pas le “diamond club.”

Lack of information Positive: Very clean sites, ideal for children Negative: Upon arrival, a deposit of around 250.00 is requested on a credit card. Be careful, many families did not receive their family suite as agreed. They say that there was a mistake for you. They offer you a diamond room, very small, two beds only. They describe it as superior. Access to more bars. Reserve at diamond. Very disappointing. You have to take the little train to go to the beach. Only one access, so get up very early in the morning to reserve chairs at the beach and return to the hotel for lunch, then leave again for the beach. Don't forget to also reserve at the swimming pool of your hotel.

The room service leaves something to be desired as we had to call several times for water at least three times during our stay and the buffet was not always full. This is not a place I would recommend to my friends. Positive: see above. Negative: see above.

Happy with our trip because we didn't pay much, but if it's more than $1100, go elsewhere because there's no beach and the one reserved for the Royalton is too small. Positive: Beautiful large room, comfortable mattress and pillows and quality bedding. Lots of storage, beautiful patio, small bathroom with ceramic shower and rain jets, products and shampoo provided. Bracelet that unlocks the room door, really a plus. Very beautiful and clean site, well laid out with lots of directions. Very fast shuttle to go to the Royalton beach. Varied and delicious food at the buffet. 2 large, very clean pools. Very good service from the staff. Negative: When we arrived at night, the fridge was empty and not even a bottle of water was provided, we had to request it the next day. TV screen, mirror and patio door windows dirty and still not cleaned after 4 days. The drinks not so good, too sweet and there are not enough varieties every day at the bars. The section of beach which is reserved for souvenirs is very small and chairs are stuck together and a steep descent to get to the sea. SUMWING representative almost no information on the hotel, more interested in selling excursions.

Positif : belle grande chambre ,matelas et oreillers confortables et literie de qualite.beaucoup de rangement, beau patio, petite salle de bain avec douche en ceramique et jets de pluie ,produits et shampoo fournis.bracelet qui debarre porte de chambre,vraiment un plus. SITE tres beau et propre bien amenage avec beaucoup d indications. navette tres rapide pour aller a la plage du Royalton. au buffet nourriture variee et succulente. 2 grandes piscines tres propre.tres bon service du personnel. Négatif : a notre arrivee dans la nuit ,frigo vide et meme pas une bouteille d,eau de fourni,a fallu en faire la demande le lendemain. ecran de t-v .mirroir et vitres de porte-patio sales et toujours pas nettoyes apres 4 jours.Les drinks pas tellement bon,trop sucre et il manque des sortes a chaque jour au bars.La section de plage qui est reservee pour le memories tres petite et chaises collees les unes sur les autres et descente abrupte pour aller a la mer. Representant SUMWING presque pas d,informations sur l, hotel plus interesse a vendre des excursions.

Overall, a great vacation! Positive: Good service. Clean and food very good overall. Access to the Royalton 5* for some services. Negative: Beach accessible only at the Royalton. Small, very limited space for chairs and placed on a mound. Not recommended for the beach. Be careful, there are lots of children throughout the site.
