We had read the reviews and were hesitant at first. BUT in the end, everything was perfect. The staff were available, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean and free of mold. We lacked nothing: food, toilet paper, and service. We highly recommend it and are already planning our return!

Undrinkable coffee. • Cockroaches in the common areas. • Constant overcrowding. Queues even for bread. • Noisy groups of tourists. No respect for basic rules. • Noisy air conditioner in the room. Impossible to sleep properly. • Broken shower upon arrival. • Recurring lack of toilet paper. The only acceptable point was the beach. Even there, the experience was ruined by the large number of jellyfish. Chaotic return trip. Flight delayed by four hours with no proper management or clear information. I do not recommend this hotel.
