Have a great vacation!
Belle vacances
We had everything we needed. The staff is generally great, with a few exceptions (cleaning staff). The beach is superb and the room was very nice.
On n'a manqué de rien. Le personnel.est super en général mis à part quelques exceptions (femmes de ménages). Plage superbe et chambre trés bien.

Enjoyable vacation

Trip from January 19th to 26th. Beautiful hotel, 3 lovely pools, beautiful beach with plenty of palapas and comfortable chairs. Very friendly staff, Yadella at the pool bar was very nice. The buffet is typical of Cuba, but there's a decent selection. Restaurant reservations are easy, and the international restaurant is good. We had a good week as a family of four, but the cleanliness of the sheets for two people left something to be desired, and they weren't changed for the week. We will return.
Voyage du 19 au 26 Janvier. Bel hôtel, 3 belles piscines, belle plage avec immensément de palapas et de chaises confortables. Personnel très sympathique, Yadella au bar de la piscine très sympa. Le buffet c'est Cuba , mais on trouvent un minimum. Les réservations pour les restaurants sont faciles, l'International est bon. Bonne semaine à 4 mais la propreté des draps pour 2 personnes a laissée à désirer, pas de changement pour la semaine. Nous y retournerons.

I know it's in Cuba, but it's really not worth the price we paid (for 10 days), especially for a supposed 4.5-star hotel. Very disappointing. I won't be going back.

The buffet was consistently the same, day after day. They were lacking in everything. Salt and pepper were impossible to get. Soft drinks were sometimes available, sometimes not. Butter was only available 3 days out of 10. If you like pumpkin, this is the place for you. They use pumpkin in everything, from appetizers to desserts. There was a lack of bread. In short, this isn't the place to gain weight. The à la carte restaurant offered very little choice, and the food was sometimes the same as the buffet. The Italian restaurant was the best. As for the scheduled shows, forget about them. Out of 10 days, there were only 2 at the theater. In the evenings, it was mostly the lobby, when there was anything going on. The sports bar should be better presented; that's where Arthuro and I had the most fun. The beach was really not very nice or inviting. Mosquito repellent with DEET is essential, and even then, people were still getting bitten. It's even worse on the beach. There were almost no activities at the pool. The staff is top-notch, and even though it's old, the place is very clean. In short, I won't be going back, especially not for the price I paid. After about thirty trips to Cuba, that's it for me, and it's a shame because Cubans are so kind and welcoming, but I have to think of my wallet first. Sorry, but I'm very disappointed.
Le buffet était continuellement la même chose jour après jour. Manque de tout. Impossible d'avoir du sel ou poivre. Boissons gazeuses des fois oui des fois non. Du beurre 3 jours sur 10. Si vous aimez la citrouille, c'est pour vous. Ils se servent de la citrouille pour tout, de l'entrée au dessert. Manque de pain. Bref c'est pas à cet endroit que vous allez prendre du poids. Resto à la carte, pas vraiment de choix et la nourriture est des fois la même qu'au buffet. Le meilleur est l'italien. Les spectacles prévus, oubliés ça. Sur 10 jours, seulement 2 aux théâtre. Le soir c'était plutôt le lobby, quand il y avait quelque chose. Le bar sportif devrai être mieux présenté, c'est à cet endroit avec Arthuro que nous avons eu le plus de plaisirs. La plage était vraiment pas très belle ni accueillante. Un produit essentiel, chasse moustique avec Deet et malgré ça le monde se fait piquer. C'est pire à la plage. Activité à la piscine presque inexistante. Le personnel est no 1 et même si c'est vieux, le site est très propre. En bref, je n'y retournerai pas, surtout pas pour le prix payé. Après une trentaine de voyage à Cuba, c'est fini pour moi et c'est malheureux parce que les Cubains sont si gentils et accueillants mais je dois penser à mon porte feuille en premier. Désolée mais je suis très déçue.

We didn't lack anything; it was more the quality of the food that wasn't there. After four visits to this resort, the food left much to be desired compared to all the other times.
On a manqué de rien ces plutôt la qualité de la nourriture qui n était pas la. Apres 4 fois a ce ressort la nourriture laissait a désiré a comparer toute les autres fois.
