We received a terrible welcome upon arrival. We didn't have two beds as requested, and the manager even told us to go to another hotel if we weren't happy. We weren't able to see the Sunwing representative or find out what excursions they offered. We were forced to pay nearly US$370 for two beds and then exchanged our room three days later, halfway through our trip, for one with a balcony. All this while complaining and speaking with the manager. It was a very unrelenting and expensive vacation.

Très mauvais acceuil en arrivant , nous n’avions pas deux lits comme demandé et celle qui était responsable nous a même dit si on était pas contente d’aller dans un autre hôtel. Pas pu voir le représentant de Sunwing et de savoir ce qu’il avait comme excursion. On a été obligé de payer près de 370US pour avoir deux lits et ensuite t’échanger au bout de 3 jours à mi chemin de notre voyage pour avoir une chambre avec un balcon . Tout ça en nous plaignant et parlant avec la supérieur. Ça été des vacances peut reposante et dispendieuse.
