Beautiful place
Magnifique endroit
I had a fantastic week's holiday. The place is beautiful. We stayed at the Kantenah regular section, but we had access to three sites (Kantenah, Colonial, and White Sand). The place is very clean and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, and the food was very good. There was a very wide selection of à la carte restaurants. The pools are magnificent and so large. There were always plenty of lounge chairs available. They were comfortable and very clean. The only downsides were the sargassum seaweed on the beach, but that's nature; it's beyond the resort's control. Also, there was a lack of atmosphere in the evenings, but we were there off-season (late April). The sites were very quiet. Perfect for relaxing, but not for partying. I highly recommend it.
J'ai eu une superbe semaine de vacances. L'endroit est magnifique. Nous étions au Kantenah section régulière, mais nous avions accès à 3 sites (Kantenah, Colonial et White Sand). L'endroit est très propre et bien entretenu. Le service impeccable, nourriture très bonne. Un très grand choix de restaurant à la carte. Les piscines sont magnifique et tellement grande. Il y avait toujours plusieurs chaises de disponibles. Elles sont confortable et très propre.
More... Less...Les seuls aspects négatifs était les sargasses à la plage, mais c'est la nature, c'est hors de contrôle du site et il manquait d'ambiance dans les soirées, mais nous étions hors saison (fin avril). Les sites étaient très peu animés. Parfait pour du repos, mais pas pour faire la fête.
Je recommande sans hésiter.

En général très bien
Overall, everything was good. The room was beautiful and clean, the food excellent, and the restaurant excellent. The only downsides were the pool being too deep for people over 5 feet tall. There wasn't much daytime entertainment, and the beach is unfortunately not very nice at the moment, which isn't the hotel's fault. I give it an 8/10.
En général toute était bien. Chambre belle et propre, la nourriture excellente, restaurent excellent les seuls choise moins positif piscine trop profonde pour les personnes de 5 pieds. Pas beaucoup animation le jour et la plage qui est malheureusement pas belle en se moment qui n’es pas la faute de hôtel. Je note 8/10

Everything was perfect, the staff were very attentive to our requests and the food was very varied, but we couldn't go to the beach due to the Sargassum seaweed, but I knew that already.
Tout est parfait le personnel est très attentif a nos demandes et la nourriture très diversifiés mais pour la plage nous avons pas pu y aller du au Sargasses mais je savais de toute façon

Superbe
We had a fantastic week. The Kantenah is the quietest of the three resorts. We had an exceptional week whether we went to the buffet or à la carte. If you're looking for a beach, though, forget it. The rooms are superb, but the bathtub is really high, so be careful not to fall when getting out. The staff is attentive. Check-in was slow, but hey, we're on vacation, so there's no rush. We loved it from beginning to end. Oh, and go to the Churchill for a special cocktail; they're fabulous.
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique. Le Kantenah est le resort le plus tranquille des 3 . Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle que se soit aller au buffet ou au a la carte. Si vous voulez une plage par contre oublié ça . Les chambres sont superbe par contre le bain est vraiment très haut attention a ne pas se casser la figure en sortant . Le personnel a l'écoute. Check in lent mais bon nous sommes en vacance donc rien ne presse . Nous avons adoré du début a la fin . Oh et allez au Churchill pour un cocktail spécial ils sont fabuleux .
