Comfort needs improvement
Le confort est à améliorer
The air conditioning is limited to 21 degrees Celsius and doesn't provide adequate cooling, especially if the room faces the ocean and gets full sun in the late afternoon. The shower constantly alternates between hot and cold water. There was a cold water outage on our last night. But apart from that, the staff is friendly, the restaurants are very good, with plenty of à la carte options. Some buffets have terraces overlooking the large pool with water views, which is definitely a plus. Our favorite spot: Sunset Cove beach, a well-kept secret with natural vegetation and deeper water. Activities like kayaking and paddleboarding are available. There's also a seafood restaurant on the hill with the best sunset views. We also liked the lounge-style café for cappuccinos and treats, and the sports bar that serves food all day and night for those who get peckish.
La climatisation est limitée à 21 degrés et ne fournit pas surtout si la chambre donne vers l'océan, plein soleil en fin d'après-midi. La douche en constante alternation entre eau chaude et eau froide. Panne d'eau froide la dernière nuit.
More... Less...Mais à par ça, le personnel est gentil, les restaurants sont très bons aussi, beaucoup de choix à la carte. Quelques buffets ont des terraces qui donnent sur la grande piscine avec vue sur l'eau, un plus certainement.
Coup de coeur: plage Sunset Cove, un secret bien gardé, avec vegetation naturelle et eau plus profonde. Possible de faire des activités kayak, paddle board etc. Avec restaurant de fruits de mer sur la colline avec meilleure vue du coucher de soleil.
On aime aussi : un café style lounge pour cappuccino et gâteries. Un bar à sport qui sert de la nourriture toute la journée et nuit, pour ceux qui ont un petit creux.

That's correct....
C'est correct....
It's a large resort, and overall the staff are very welcoming and friendly, but they're always trying to sell you something. My room was always clean, and I had a problem with the bathtub, which was fixed very quickly. The food by the beach is good, but there isn't enough for everyone, and you can't take food back to your room, which is very inconvenient when you're traveling with children.
C'est un grand complexe, dans l'ensemble le personnel très accueillant et souriante, mais ils veulent toujours vendre quelque chose, ma chambre est toujours bien nettoyer, j'ai eu un problème avec la baignoire, ca été réglé très rapidement. La nourriture a coté de la plage est bonne, mais il n'yen pas assez pour tout le monde et on ne peut pas emporter de la nourriture dans notre chambre c'est très déplaisant quand tu voyage avec des enfants.

I 100% recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly and deserve to be better known. They are all dedicated to making sure we have the best possible stay. The food is excellent, and allergies are taken seriously. The beach, although a little rocky in places, is still beautiful. I can't wait to go back.

More... Less...Le personnel est tellement sympathique et mérite d'être connu. Ils sont tous investis pour nous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. La nourriture est excellente et les allergies sont pris au sérieux. La plage quoi qu'un peu rocailleuse par endroit reste magnifique.
J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.

Great hotel, thankfully with shuttles available at all times. The beaches are small but nice, especially Poseidon beach, with beautiful sand and no rocks. The room was large with a good bed, but it needs updating; the old tiles looked dirty, although it was clean. The restaurant is very nice and the food is excellent, with a lovely terrace. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Good evening entertainment. Overall, it's very good.
Grand hôtel,heureusement navettes accessibles en tout temps.Plages petites mais bien surtout celle du poséidon,beau sable sans roches.Chambre grande avec un bon lit mais qui a besoin d'être rafraichi,vieille tuile avec aspect sale par contre c'est propre.Restaurant très beau et très bon avec de belle terrasse.Personnel souriant gentil et disponible.Bon spectacle le soir.Dans l'ensemble c'est très bien.
