Grand Palladium Punta Cana

Early flight with Transat! Quick transfer to the hotel, super easy check-in. I arrived at the hotel around 3 pm and there was still a buffet open. The room was clean, except for the bathtub which seemed stained. Well-stocked mini-fridge, coffee maker with two bags of coffee. The two pools I used (Punta Cana and Palace) are large, beautiful, and there were always plenty of free lounge chairs. The beach is perfect for walking for several kilometers. It's a really big resort, but there are shuttles that run very frequently. If I had to find a negative point, I would say that there's a lack of snacks in the lobbies. For example, fruit or cookies for the afternoon and evening. The Punta Cana resort seems perfect for families with young children. There's a children's pool with a pirate ship, small slides, and water games. Plus, the kids' club is large. I highly recommend it and I will return if the price is right.

Transfert à l'hôtel rapide, check-in super facile. Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel vers 15h et il y avait encore un buffet d'ouvert. La chambre était propre, sauf pour le bain qui semblait taché. Mini-frigo bien rempli, cafetière avec 2 sachets de café. Les 2 piscines que j'ai utilisées (Punta Cana et Palace) sont grandes, belles et il y avait toujours beaucoup de chaises libres. La plage est parfaite pour marcher sur plusieurs kilomètres. C'est un super grand site, mais il y a des navettes qui passent très souvent. Si je devais trouver un point négatif, je dirais qu'il manque de snacks/collations dans les lobbys. Par exemple, des fruits ou des biscuits pour l'après-midi et durant la soirée. Le site du Punta Cana a l'air parfait pour les familles avec jeunes enfants. Il y a une piscine pour eux avec un bateau-pirate, petites glissades et jeux d'eau. De plus, le kid's club est grand.
Je recommande fortement et j'y retournerai si le prix est bon.

The resort is undergoing extensive renovations, and unfortunately, we ended up with a room that was in dire need of attention. Since the restaurants are also being renovated, the selection was limited, and it was difficult to get reservations for à la carte dinners. However, the staff was very friendly, the buffet was excellent, and the grounds were beautiful and clean. We happened to be there during an extremely windy week; the waves were huge, so we were able to enjoy the beach, but very little of the open sea. I would definitely return, but I would insist on getting a renovated room.

Le resort est en pleine rénovation et malheureusement nous sommes tombé sur une chambre qui avait vraiment besoin d'amour. Comme les restaurants sont aussi en rénovation, le choix était restreint et ce fût difficile d'avoir des réservations pour les souper à la carte. Par contre, le personnel était très sympathique, le buffet était vraiment très bon et le site était très beau et propre. Nous sommes tombé sur une semaine extrêmement venteuse, les vagues étaient immenses, ce qui fait que nous avons pu profiter de la plage, mais très peu de la mer. J'y retournerai sans problème, en insistant pour avoir une chambre rénovée.

Everything was perfect, nothing negative, we would go back without hesitation.
