Escape to the Grand Palladium Select White Sand in Riviera Maya. This all-inclusive resort is located directly on Kantenah Beach, within a protected nature reserve, and is approximately 90 km from Cancún Airport. Guests staying at this luxurious resort have access to the facilities and services of the neighboring Grand Palladium hotels. The spacious rooms with marble floors are bright and comfortable and offer views of the lush gardens. Couples can opt for the privacy of a rustic bungalow by the lake.

The beautiful white-sand beach, lined with sun loungers and palapas and featuring a bar, is ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the turquoise waters. The hotel offers a wide variety of non-motorized water sports. Relax by one of the hotel's expansive pools; some pools have swim-up bars, and guests can even swim in a natural saltwater pool! Enjoy a cocktail while relaxing in one of the outdoor hot tubs, pamper yourself at the incredible hotel spa ($), or stay fit at the fitness center.

From morning till night, an impressive array of activities awaits guests. Mini-golf, table tennis, darts, bocce ball, basketball, tennis, rifle shooting, archery, and soccer are just some of the options. Younger guests can enjoy the Baby Club (ages 1-3), the Kids Club (ages 4-12), and the Teen Club (ages 13-17), as well as the water park, playground, and mini-disco! The site is very beautiful, the pools are very nice, but some improvements could be made in certain areas.

The Wi-Fi is unreliable, with frequent connection drops. The bed linens aren't changed often. The bungalows need renovations; the furniture is outdated and the windows need cleaning. The buffets are consistently the same, with no variety of dishes, always the same cold items, no sauces, and no hamburger buns. Several staff members are inattentive to our requests. The location itself is beautiful, with some improvements. It's far from the airport and expensive to get to Playa del Carmen by taxi. Regarding allergies, be aware that they constantly ask about them but don't actually go to the kitchen or ask the server. Not all the staff are mature. If these issues don't bother you too much, it's a lovely place. A big thank you to Rodrigo at the Portofino restaurant for his kindness, and to José (in the evenings), who is Nicolas (during the day) hahaha, for his kindness; they made our meals more enjoyable!

Rénovations à faire sur les Bungalow, les meubles sont désuets et manque de lavage aux vitres. Les buffets sont constamments identiques, pas de changements de mets, toujours les mêmes plats et froids, pas de sauces, pas de pains hamburger. Plusieurs du personnel ne sont pas à l'écoute de nos demandes. Pout l'endroit c'est magnifique avec certains changements. Loin de l'aéroport et dispendieux en taxi pour playa del carmen. Pour les allergies faire attention ils vous le demande tout le temps mais ne se rend pas à la cuisine ou au serveur?? Le personnel pas tous manque de maturité. Si cela ne vous dérange pas trop cest un bel endroit, Un gros merci à Rodrigo au resto Portofino pour sa gentillesse et José (de soir) qui est Nicolas (le jour) ahahahah pour sa gentillesse ils ont agrémenté nos repas!!

Restaurants and bars are great. For the beach, there is a small segment that is algae free, the rest is full. Rooms service and cleanliness are not the best , but acceptable overall.
