Unfriendly staff. Rooms with non-functional air conditioning. Poor reception with no refreshments (extreme heat in the lobby). Restaurant and buffet not air-conditioned. Very limited service.

It's truly a beautiful place for a relaxing vacation; the beach is magnificent, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, wow!!! The buffet is good, the à la carte restaurants are also lovely, the pools are beautiful, everything is clean, we almost forgot the 1 hour 40 minute bus ride!!!!

The hotel offers a pleasant setting and comfortable rooms. The beach is satisfactory, although it's worth noting the presence of rocky and muddy seabeds in some areas. The service at the pool bar seems to favor guests who offer generous tips. 500ml bottles of water are readily available. The grounds are very clean, but we observed a lack of respect from some tourists, evidenced by broken glass on the beach and within the hotel grounds. There is a shortage of trash cans for this purpose. The room refrigerator is restocked daily. The buffets are varied and offer a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The only significant drawback is the distance from the airport, a 1 hour 50 minute coach journey with limited legroom. Despite this, I would be inclined to return to this hotel, as my assessment is based on the observations made during my stay.

Le site est très propre, mais nous avons observé un manque de respect de la part de certains touristes, se manifestant par la présence de débris de verre sur la plage et dans l'enceinte de l'établissement. Il y a un manque de poubelles à cet effet. Le réfrigérateur de la chambre est réapprovisionné quotidiennement. Les buffets sont variés et proposent une bonne sélection de fruits et légumes frais. Le seul inconvénient notable est la distance de l'aéroport, soit 1h50 de trajet en autocar avec un espace pour les jambes limité. Malgré cela, je serais enclin à revenir dans cet établissement, mon évaluation étant basée sur les observations faites durant mon séjour.
