We were extremely surprised by this hotel. It's not a large hotel, so everything is close together. We ate very well, and there's no need for reservations at the restaurants. They have an à la carte menu, except for the Japanese restaurant, but it's really not complicated if you don't want to wait. Go for dinner without a reservation, go between 6 and 7 pm, and you won't have to wait at all. The customer service is exceptional. When I got home, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I contacted the hotel by email, they found it, and gave it to someone at the hotel whom I found online and who lives near me. He's going to give it to me when he returns.

Nous avons été extrêmement surpris de cet hôtel, ce n’est pas un gros hôtel donc tout est proche nous avons bien mangé pas de réservation pour les restaurants la carte sauf le japonais mais vraiment pas compliqué si vous ne voulez pas attendrepour les . Allez souper sans réservation, aller entre 18 heures et 19 heures et vous n’aurez aucune attente un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, car quand je suis revenu chez moi, j’ai réaliser que je n’avais pas mon portefeuille, j’ai contacté l’hôtel par e-mail ils l’ont retrouvé l’on donnerà une personne qui est à l’hôtel que j’ai trouvé par Internet et qui demeure pas loin de chez moi, il va me le donner à son retour

Merveilleux hôtel et super endroit

Very satisfied with the amenities and services of this hotel. Beautiful 500-meter beach with lovely clear water and no excessive seaweed. A path to the left leads to Playa Grande beach and the village of Las Galeras; the path passes the Hotel Todo Blanco, a 20-minute walk away. The standard room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The buffet food was varied and excellent. The entertainment was very basic. Airport transfer to the hotel took 1 hour and 45 minutes, passing through several villages. The grounds are very clean with lush vegetation. We will definitely return.

Très satisfait des commodités et services de cet hôtel. Belle plage de 500 mètres avec une belle eau claire sans algues à profusion. Possibilité en allant dans un sentier du côté gauche de découvrir la plage Playa Grande et le village Las Galeras, sur le parcours on passe devant l'hôtel Todo Blanco , une mache de 20 minutes. La chambre catégorie standard est très bien, propre et spacieuse. La nourriture au buffet variée et excellente. L'animation très simpliste et basique.
Transport de l'aéroport vers l'hôtel de 1hre 45 min. en passant par des villages. Le site est très propre avec une végétation luxuriante. Nous y retournerons assurément.

We had a wonderful stay; the location was very pleasant, the beach was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. There could have been more entertainment, but overall it was very enjoyable.
