The beach was very nice, although the water wasn't really clear but a bit milky, but the sea isn't a swimming pool! The place was very clean and my room was very nice.

Everything was perfect: the cleanliness of the place, the very modern rooms, and the excellent and varied food. The beach is magnificent but not enough shade. It would be nice if they installed palapas or parasols. Our disappointment was with the staff. The employees seemed very jaded. Many only spoke Spanish. There was little to no courtesy. In a hotel with an international clientele, a knowledge of English would be essential. At the beach snack bar, the menu is varied (pizza, fries, hamburgers, salads, fried chicken), everything is very good, but the service is extremely slow. There is also an outdoor buffet every lunchtime. The à la carte restaurants are also very good. The main buffet was only open three nights out of seven for dinner; we alternated between the Japanese and Italian restaurants. The evening activities take place at the bar, and the entertainment staff only speak Spanish. Good value for money; we would return without hesitation!

Tout était parfait,la proreté des lieux, les chambres très modernes ,la nourriture excellente et variée. La plage est magnifique mais pas assez d'ombre. Ce serait bien qu'on installe des palapas ou des parasols .
Notre déception est au niveau du personnel. Les employés semblent très
blasés . Beaucoup ne parlent qu'espagnol. Aucune courtoisie ou très peu. Dans un hôtel où la clientèle est internationale il serait essentiel d'avoir une connaissance de l'anglais.
Au snack bar de la plage, le menu est varié ( pizza, frites, hamburger, salades , poulet frit) tout est très bon mais le service est extrêmement lent. Il y a aussi un buffet extérieur tous les midis. Restos à la carte très bons aussi.
Le buffet principal n'a été ouvert que trois soirs sur sept pour le souper , on alternait entre les resto japonais et italien.
Les activités en soirée se déroulent au bar et les animateurs ne parlent qu'espagnol.
Bon rapport qualité-prix, nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Wow what a beautiful beach, a little lacking in shade though, clean hotel, very good food, we loved it, and we're officially going back.
