Several inconveniences, where to begin? The room was very ordinary and not very soundproof; we could hear people walking and talking as if they were in the room, and our upstairs neighbor was having sex! There were many locals (90%), which meant the staff showed favoritism in their service. The snack bar was okay, the à la carte restaurant was good, but the buffet was mediocre. There are some nice beds by the sea, but the sun loungers are uncomfortable. The resort is very flat, and there are only three accessible toilets. We asked for face towels three times, and no one gave us any. We had to go to the housekeeping staff, who finally gave us some, but didn't change them all week. We had a coffee machine with no sugar or milk/cream. My mother took a capsule one morning, and no one replaced it. We asked at the front desk three or four times, and no one refilled the cup or added sugar/milk as I had requested. Overall, a really bad experience.
Plusieurs désagrément par quoi commencer? Chambre très ordinaire pas très isolé on entendais les gens marché et parlé comme si ils étaient dans la chambre et notre voisin d’en haut faire l’amour! Beaucoup de locaux 90% ce qui fait que le personnel fait des préférence au niveau du service! Snack bar ok restaurant à la carte bien buffet médiocre!!! Il y’a des lits sur le bord de la mer qui sont bien par contre les transats sont peu confortable. Le resort est très plate et il y’a peu de toilette accessible 3 seulements. À 3 reprises nous avions demandés des serviettes pour le visage et personne ne nous en a donné nous avons dur aller voir la personne du ménage qui nous en a donné, mais ne les a pas changé de la semaine. Nous avions une machine a café pas de sucre pas de lait-crème ma mère a pris une capsule un matin et personne ne l’a remplacé nous avons demandés au desk 3-4 fois et personne n’a remis de cup ni mis de sucre-lait comme je leurs avaient demandé. Vraiment une mauvaise expérience en général.

The trip and hotel were fine!
Voyage et hôtel correct!
Improve the shower door, which opens the wrong way. Provide more space for the lobby lounge chairs and outdoor sofa. Allow access to the bed without paying $30 USD for the privilege.
Améliorer la douche porte qui ouvre du mauvais sens.

The hotel had three restaurants that didn't require reservations, which was great! The cafes and bars were also very popular with me. The beach was perfect for snorkeling; you could see lots of colorful fish.

More... Less...Les cafés et bars étaient eux aussi très populaire pour moi. La plage permetai de faire de la plongée masque et tuba ont pouvait voir assez de poisson avec de belles couleurs.

Lack of space to sit and have a drink out of the rain, sidewalks difficult to navigate with a wheelchair
Manque de place pour s'asseoir et prendre un verre à l'abri de la pluie, les trottoirs difficiles à circuler avec un fauteuil roulant
I won't be going back. There's not much beach and lots of rocks, making swimming difficult, and it's right across from a tourist boat port.
Je n'y retournerai pas pas beaucoup de plage et beaucoup de roches difficile de se baigner et en face d'un port de bateaux touristiques
