It was a lovely, very clean hotel, but the beach was full of seaweed and the service was quite awful. There was almost no service at the buffet, the bartenders were rude, etc., but the service in the restaurants was good. The buffet was excellent; we really liked two of the four restaurants we tried. The pools were excellent.
C'était un bel hôtel et très propre, mais la plage est remplie d'algues et le service est assez affreux. Presque aucun service au buffet, des barmans impolis, etc., mais le service dans les restaurants est bien. Le buffet est excellent, on a bien aimé 2 sur les 4 restaurants qu'on a essayé. Les piscines sont excellentes.

The only downside was the organized transportation to Playa Del Carmen! It's a tourist trap. There shouldn't be any stops other than in Playa! The beach wasn't ideal at this time of year because of the sargassum seaweed! The pools more than made up for it! I loved this all-inclusive resort!
Point faible le transport organisé pour Playa Del Carmen! C est un attrape touristes. Il ne devrait pas y avoir d arrêts autre qu’à Playa! La plage ce n’était pas la période idéale à cause de La sargasses! Les piscines comblaient amplement! J’ai adoré ce tout inclus !
