Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach Resort

We had a dream vacation at the Grand Sirenis, staying for 7 days. A beautiful resort surrounded by lush vegetation, very helpful staff, excellent food (buffets and à la carte restaurants), we will definitely be back.

Nous avons vécu un voyage de rêve au Grand Sirenis, nous sommes restés 7 jours. Très beau complexe entouré de végétation, le personnel très serviable, la nourriture excellente (buffets et restaurants à la carte), nous reviendrons certainement.

Very limited and redundant activities every day. The shows in the evening were boring and people slept on the chairs. No music at the pool on the Riviera-Maya side except during games/aquafitness (very quiet). The pools are large and clean. Very beautiful site filled with vegetation and animals. Spacious rooms and the bathroom too! Large buffet but repetitive food. The opening hours are not always easy to find (differs from their website vs. in the TV in the room) Breakfast starts quite late (7:00) and the snack bar does not offer much for breakfast (pastries, fresh fruit and old popcorn) For lunch and dinner there is an a la carte menu + a wider variety of choices. A la carte restaurants with incredible food but, the service is not always perfect. Food served so quickly that we didn't finish the starter and the main course was on the table (we ate in a hurry and the server didn't come back to refill the water glasses/offer a drink). It's a beautiful hotel, the walking paths are beautiful and well maintained, several shells/corals on the beach, bring water shoes. Perfect for snorkeling

Activités très limitées et redondantes chaques jours.

Les shows le soir etaient ennuyeux et les gens dormaient sur les fauteuils.

Aucune musique à la piscine du côté Riviera-Maya sauf lors des jeux/ aquaforme (très tranquille). Les piscines sont grandes et propres.

Très beau site remplis de végétation et d’animaux. Chambres spacieuses et la salle de bain également!

Grand buffet mais nourriture répétitive.

Les heures d’ouvertures ne sont pas toujours facile à trouver (diffère de leur site vs dans la télé dans la chambre)
Déjeuner commence assez tard (7:00) et le snack bar n’offre pas grand chose pour déjeuner (viennoiseries, fruit frais et vieux pop corn) pour diner et souper il y a un menu à la carte + une plus grande variété de choix

Restaurants à la carte avec de la nourriture incroyables mais, le service n’est pas toujours parfait. Nourriture servi tellement vite qu’on ne fini pas l’entrée et le plat principal est sur la table (on mange en étant pressé et le serveur ne repasse pas pour remplir les verres d’eau/ proposer un drink).

C’est un bel hôtel, les sentiers pour marches sont beaux et bien entretenus, plusieurs coquillages/ coraux sur la plage, apporter des souliers d’eau. Parfait pour faire de l’apnée

Very nice all-inclusive hotel, clean, lots of activities for the whole family, great pools and water games for children. Beautiful white sand beach but the majority has a lot of seaweed which makes swimming less interesting. A small corner is more protected from the current by rocks so it is "cleaner" but there are rather sharp rocks in the bottom of the water further away. It remains the best place to swim and there are a lot of tropical fish there which makes the experience impressive! The food was perfect at the buffets and there was a large choice of à la carte restaurants. High quality shows and musicians. The only negative point is the room, several breakages in the bathroom (bath and shower) but still usable, headboard repaired with sticky tape, uncomfortable sofa bed, missing a fan... All in all it did not prevent us from having a great vacation!

Très bel hôtel tout inclus, propre, beaucoup d’activités pour toute la famille, piscines et jeux d’eau pour les enfants super. Belle plage de sable blanc mais la majorité reçoit beaucoup d’algues ce qui rend la baignade moins intéressante. Un petit coin est plus protégé du courant par des roches donc c’est plus « propre » mais il y a des rochers plutôt coupants dans le fond de l’eau plus loin. Ça reste le meilleur endroit pour se baigner et il y a beaucoup de poissons tropicaux a cet endroit ce qui rend l’expérience impressionnante! La nourriture était parfaite aux buffets et il y avait un grand choix de restaurants à la carte. Spectacles et musiciens de grande qualité. Le seul point négatif est la chambre, plusieurs bris dans la salle de bain (bain et douche) mais tout de même utilisable, tête de lit réparée avec du papier collant, divan-lit inconfortable, manque un ventilateur… Somme toute ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer des belles vacances !

A lot of smoke and mirrors at the resort! My father's room was leaking and for my part the air conditioning smelled of mold and after 3 days I got sick since there was no way to turn off our air conditioning. For transportation, we called taxis for the beach since my father broke his ankle a few months ago and given the size of the resort he was in a lot of pain, none of them showed up even though he told us they would come and get us. The bartenders had a pretty flat attitude. The only thing we have nothing to say about is the quality of the buffets, it was incredible!

Beaucoup de poudre au yeux sur le resort ! La chambre de mon père coulais et pour ma pars la climatisation sentais la moisissure et après 3 jours je suis tomber malade puisqu’il n’y avais pas de possibilité d’arrêter notre climatisation. Pour les transports , nous avons appeler des taxis pour la plage puisque mon père c’est briser la cheville il y a quelque mois et vue la grandeur du resort il avais bcp de douleur , aucun ne c’est présenté même s’il nous disais qu’ils allaient venir nous chercher. Les barman avais une attitude assez plate .La seul chose sur laquelle nous n’avons rien à dire est la qualité des buffets , c’etais incroyable!
