Positive: After a bumpy start (see negative comments), our stay at the Oasis…
Positive: After a bumpy start (see negative comments), our stay at the Oasis Panorama Hotel went very well. Room service was excellent. The hotel is very well located between the city center and the Hemingway Marina. The shuttle service to the city center is very efficient. The pools with sea views are very well appointed and very clean. A market where you can buy some food is 5 minutes away, but the hotel's 3 restaurants are very good. The breakfasts (included) were generous and delicious. Negative: We had booked for triple occupancy (3 adults + 1 4-month-old baby). Upon arrival, we were offered a room for 2 people overlooking the hotel's noisy generators. We requested another room. We were sent a third bed... After much discussion, we finally asked to speak to the hotel manager who, seeing us very disappointed, offered us - finally - a suite that was very adequate for our stay. It seems that there is no room with two double beds that would have satisfied us in the first place. There is no sandy beach...

L`hôtel est très bien situé entre le centre ville et la marina Hemingway. Le service de navette pour se rendre au centre ville est bien efficace.
