Hard Rock Hotel And Casino Punta Cana

Hotel much too big. When you want to move between locations, the staff do not stop to take you into their karts made available to customers. The staff do not seem to want to be there. Obviously it is very difficult to get service near the pool as well as in the restaurant. I really do not recommend this hotel. I travel regularly both with and without children and this is obviously one of my lowest rated.

Hôtel beaucoup trop grand . Lorsqu’on veut se déplacer entre les emplacements le staff ne s’arrêtent pas afin de vous embarquer dans leurs karts mis à la disposition des clients . Le staff n’ont pas l’air de vouloir être là . Visiblement il est très difficile d’avoir du service autant près de la piscine qu’au restaurant . Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette hôtel . Je voyage régulièrement autant avec et sans enfant et c’est visiblement un de mes moins biens notés .

Hotel: Huge site. Nearly 2,000 rooms. Several shuttles that run day and night. Several shops for shopping, but it's expensive. Several paid activities: Escape room, bowling, Arcades, Virtual Reality, laser tag. Casino Bar: Wow, there are everywhere! Great service, fast and good cocktails. I've never seen a hotel with so many bars. Reception: Very ordinary (no wet towel, lounge or special cocktail). We lined up for the reception. No tour to visit the site. Room: Beautiful and large room. The shower is huge. Whirlpool bath on all the balconies outside. Fridge restocked every day (water, beer, liquor). Very clean. Beach: Beautiful beach, blue water, no seaweed. Sea with good waves. Mobile salesmen but not too tiring. Pools: Impressive number of pools on site. Very large. Super clean (no debris). Very very good. Surf wave $40. Large water park for older children, and children's pool. Daytime entertainment: I would say this is a bit of a disappointment. Not really an entertainment team during the day and very little organized activity. Evening entertainment: Large performance hall and show on the terrace. Teenager Club is a big disappointment! Outdoor area with basketball, ping-pong, billiards and pickle ball. No organized activities for young people and no room in the evening for young people to play or gather together. Very unfortunate! Food: Good food, something for everyone. At each pool there is a food truck (hamburger, nachos, hot dog). No shortage of food. Plenty. Restaurants and buffet. Lots of choice, good service. At the buffet it's always the same thing. No queue at the buffet and restaurants without reservation 20-30 minutes of waiting. Very good. Disco: We didn't go there. Staff: The staff is well-trained, good service, nice kindness, very hardworking. 10/10 I recommend this hotel without hesitation, for me it's a big 9.5/10. I think it's a hotel that has everything for a great vacation without major disappointment.

Hôtel : Immense site. Près de 2000 chambres. Plusieurs navettes qui circulent jour et nuit. Plusieurs boutiques pour magasiner mais c’est dispendieux. Plusieurs activités payantes : Escape room, bowling, Arcades, Réalité virtuelle, laser tag. Casino
Bar : wow, y’en a partout ! Super service, rapide et bon cocktails. Jamais vu d’hôtel avec autant de bar.
Accueil : Bien ordinaire (pas de serviette humide, lounge ou cocktail spécial). On fait la file pour la réception. Aucun tour pour visiter le site.
Chambre: Belle et grande chambre. La douche est immense. Bain tourbillon sur tous les balcon à l’extérieur. Frigo rempli tous les jours (eau, bière, liqueurs). Très propre.
Plage : Belle plage, l’eau bleu, pas d’algue. Mer avec de bonnes vagues. Vendeurs itinérants mais pas trop fatigants.
Piscines : impressionnant le nombre de piscines sur le site. Très grande. Super propre (aucun débris). Très très bien. Vague de Surf $ 40$. Grand parc aquatique pour les plus vieux, et piscine pour enfant.
Animation: de jour: Je dirais que c’est le point un peu décevant. Pas vraiment d’équipe d’animation le jour et très peu d’activité d’organiser.
Animation le soir : Grande salle de spectacle et spectacle sur la terrasse. Teenager Club grande déception ! Coin extérieur avec basketball, ping-pong, billard et pickell ball. Pas d’activité organisé pour les jeunes et aucune salle le soir pour les jeunes pour jouer ou se rassembler entre jeunes. Très dommage!
Nourriture : Mange bien, pour tous les goûts. À chaque piscine il y a un food-truck (hamburger, nachos, hot-dog.
Manque pas de nourriture. Abondance.
Restaurants et buffet. Beaucoup de choix, bon service. Au buffet c’est toujours même chose. Pas de file d’attente au buffet et les restaurants sans réservation 20-30 minutes d’attente. Bien correct.
Discothèque: Nous y sommes pas allés.
Personnels : Le staff est bien rôdé, bon service, belle gentillesse, très travaillants. 10/10
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation, pour moi c’est un gros 9.5/10. Je pense que c’est un hôtel qui a tout pour de belles vacances sans déception majeure.

Cockroaches in the rooms. Doesn't change more than $100 per day and some days not able to get money. Staff not very happy at work. Worst service of all our trips. Xbox not available even though it was included with the package. Several times we had to wait in the room for services such as: toilet paper, towel, water. We waited several hours several times for simple service. We were told 20 minutes and 1 hour later no one knows what we are talking about. Baggage handler late, we had to drag the suitcases of a family of 5 ourselves a long way from the hotel. The hotel is very nice with a lot of activity, but the service is completely lousy. We will never return to this hotel. For $23,400 we expected to be well received. The best service we received was in all the activities outside the hotel and at the airport. Even at the ice cream shop the attendants didn't seem to want to make soft ice cream. Very disappointed!! We do not recommend.

Ne change pas plus de 100$ par jours et quelque jour pas capable d'avoir d'argent.
Personnel pas très heureux au travail. pire service de tout nos voyages.
Xbox non disponible alors que inclus avec le forfait.
plusieurs fois nous avons du attendre a la chambre pour avoir des services tel que : papier de toilette, serviette, eau.
Nous avons attendu a plusieurs reprise plusieurs heure pour de simple service. Ont nous dit 20 min et 1h plus tard personne ne sais de quoi nous parlons.
Bagagiste en retard, avons du trainer les valise d'une famille de 5 nous même sur le grande distance de l'hôtel.
L'hôtel est très bien avec beaucoup d'activité, mais le services est complètement nul.
Nous retournerons jamais dans cette hôtel. Pour 23 400$ nous nous attendions a être bien reçu.
Le meilleur services nous l'avons eu dans toute les activité en dehors de l'hôtel et a l'aéroport.
Même a la crèmerie les préposé ne semblais pas vouloir faire de la crème molle.

Very nice hotel, magnificent beach very large (long and wide) we have space and not at all stuck on each other compared to the other hotels in Punta Cana! Lots of chairs at any time. Nice room but air conditioning very noisy and not efficient enough for us... we like to sleep cool😊 Lack of staff everywhere, the service at the bars, coffee, ice cream is slow,.. Do not pay for Rock Royalty it is really not worth it for the price... it does not give anything except a buttler which is not very useful... For us there was missing a place for happy hour, before going to dinner they have a beautiful terrace but the bar is closed during the 5 to 7. Having done other Hard Rock I expected more live band...So not perfect for the price paid in addition the miniput and surf simulator is chargeable! We still had a very nice week with family. For the overall experience we however preferred the Royalton Bavaro to the Hard Rock.

Très bel hotel, plage magnifique très grande (longue et large) on a de la place et pas du tout collés les uns sur les autres comparé aux autres hotels de punta Cana! Beaucoup de chaises à n'importe quelle heure. Belle chambre mais air climatisée très bruyante et pas assez performante pour nous... on aime dormir au frais😊 Manque de personnels un peu partout, le service aux bars, café, crème glacé est long,.. Ne payez pas pour Rock Royalty cela ne vaut vraiment pas la peine pour le prix... ça ne donne rien à part un buttler qui ne sert pas à grand chose... Pour nous il manquait un endroit pour le happy hour,avant d'aller souper ils ont une belle terrasse mais le bar est fermé lors du 5à7. Ayant fait d'autres Hard Rock je m'attendais à plus de band live...Donc pas parfait pour le prix payé en plus le miniput et simulateur de surf est payant ! Nous avons quand même passé une très belle semaine en famille. Pour l'expérience générale nous avons cependant préféré le Royalton Bavaro au Hard Rock.
