This is my second time in this hotel and everything is the same as it was, amazing!
The only downs here is that they removed the a la carte for breakfast at Ciao and the big and the best buffet at Zen. These should be back. They should give more food options for the buffet at Toro.
To make the best one, they could invest in a Club.

Very nice week at Hard Rock Cancun
Tres belle semaine au hard rock cancun

Everything was perfect! The only problem is the hard rock hall of famers (people who pay extra for time share) that the hotel reserves pool seats for them and who don't come to the pool and lack chairs and the same at the show in the evening the best seats are all reserved. The food is very good everywhere! Incredible service! I would return

Seul hic est le hard rock hall of famers (gens qui paye extra time share ) que l’hotel reserve des place a la piscine pour eux et qui vienne pas a la piscine et manque de chaise et pareil au spectacle le soir le meilleur place sont tout reserver .
