The Hard Rock Riviera Maya hotel in Riviera Maya is nestled on a tranquil private beach near Puerto Aventuras, approximately 70 km from Cancun Airport. This 5-star all-inclusive resort is divided into two sections, one for families and one for adults, each with dedicated facilities and spaces such as pools, beaches, and accommodations. Really very good despite there being almost no beach but if you like to go swimming you will be served and what about the food, everything is really very good at the buffet as well as at the a la carte restaurant and even at the food truck. Impeccable service, very clean site, friendly and smiling staff. Rock music playing almost everywhere on the site. Lots of activities for children of all ages, water slides, trampoline, climbing, bowling, PS5, XBOX etc...$$$ Fun for the whole family. Very comfortable room with jacuzzi. This is our second Hard Rock in Mexico and it's not our last! Really have to go back! We give a 10 out of 10 to our vacation at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya 🌴

Vraiment très bien malgré qu'il n'y ai presque pas de plage mais si vous aimez faire de la piscine vous aller être servi et que dire de la nourriture , tout est vraiment très bon au buffet comme au resto a la carte et même au foodtruck . Service impeccable , site très propres , personnels aimables et souriants. Musique rock qui joue presque partout sur le site. Beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants de tout âge , glissades d'eau , trampoline , escalade, bowling, PS5, XBOX etc...$$$ Du plaisir pour toute la famille. Chambre très confortable avec jacuzzi. C'est notre deuxième Hard Rock au Mexique et ce n'est pas notre dernier ! Vraiment faut y retourner ! Nous donnons un 10 sur 10 a nos vacances au Hard Rock Riviera Maya 🌴

Idéal pour les familles

We stayed for a week at the Hard Rock Hotel with our two children aged 12 and 9. Ideal with children for the water slides and access to trampolines, bowling, etc. The steak house and the Italian were our favorites with impeccable service. There are no reservations necessary in the restaurants, but allow a delay varying between 30 and 45 minutes for dinner. This is really not an issue since there are plenty of bars nearby, the lobby near the restaurants also always offers a small special selection. Recommendation regarding the rooms, opt for the family room since the regular one is a little limited. Only downside: They are really insistent (and skillful) in the sale of their Legendary package (membership) and this, until the moment of check out. For the rest, the facilities are clean, the beds comfortable, the staff friendly and the service really pleasant.

Recommandation concernant les chambres, opter pour la chambre famille puisque la régulière est un peu restreinte.
Seul bémol: Ils sont vraiment insistant (et habile) au niveau de la vente de leur forfait Legendary (membership) et ce, jusqu'au moment du check out.
Pour le reste, les installations sont propres, les lits confortables, le staff amical et le service réellement agréable.

Sargassum-free system in the small beach surrounded by coral. Perfect if you want to swim without seaweed. Delicious buffet but little variety compared to some resorts but everything was good.
