Overall, a real disappointment. The hotel itself is wonderful, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, but the dream ends there. It's simply impossible to find a chair by the pools; there just aren't enough for the size of the hotel. You have to get up at 5:00 AM to reserve one, but then there are random rounds of cleaning by the staff. Unfortunately, it's not consistent; it's only once a day, so not enough to free up chairs for guests, but enough to stress about having all your belongings removed just to go to the bathroom… The beach is small, but the worst part is that there aren't any chairs. There are a dozen at the beach club next door, but they cost money. So don't rely on the photos on the website; they're misleading. The food is decent, but the buffets are small and repetitive. The only truly good 5-star restaurant is the steakhouse. The hotel staff aren't the friendliest I've ever encountered. And finally, check your departure time; after noon, you're confined to the lobby on your departure day. If you want to eat or enjoy the resort, you'll have to pay an extra $10 USD per person per hour… In short, I'll never go to an all-inclusive Hilton again; once is one time too many…

Vraiment décevant globalement, l’hôtel est merveilleux, un des plus beaux que j’ai vu mais le rêve s’arrête là. Il est tout simplement impossible de trouver une chaise autour des piscines, il n’y en a juste pas assez pour la taille de l’hôtel. Il faut se lever à 5:00 pour en réserver mais ensuite il y a des rondes aléatoires de nettoyage des chaises par le personnel. Malheureusement ce n’est pas constant, c’est une fois dans la journée donc pas assez pour faire des chaises de libres pour les clients mais assez pour stresser de faire enlever toutes ses choses juste le temps d’aller à la salle de bain…
Sinon la plage est petite mais le pire c’est qu’il n’y a aucune chaise, il y en a une douzaine au beach club à côté qui sont payantes. Donc ne vous fiez pas aux photos du site, elles sont trompeuses.
La nourriture est correcte, les buffets sont petits et redondants. Le seul vrai bon restaurant 5 étoiles est le steakhouse.
Le personnel de l’hôtel n’est pas le plus souriant que j’ai vu.
Et en terminant, vérifier l’heure de votre départ, après midi, vous êtes confinés au lobby le jour de votre départ. Si vous voulez manger ou profiter du site, vous devrez payer un supplément de 10$ US par personne par heure….
En résumé je n’irai plus jamais dans un Hilton tout inclus, une fois c’est une fois de trop…

Recent hotel (opening November 2021) but already the fatigue is showing... in terms of the walls, the ceilings, everything seems to have been done quickly and rather poorly. Looks more like a hotel that is 15 years old and worn. In short, nice at first glance but when you spend the week there... you see everything. The pools are small. At the sea, the water is far from being turquoise and translucent compared to higher up on the same coast. It is rather beige and opaque. On the other hand, they have installed floating barriers which eliminate a large majority of the algae and the tractor comes 2 to 3 times a day to remove it. The service is rather average to poor I would say. Several questions without answers, our air representative left us messages at the reception which never reached us. They are allowed a maximum of 2 hours per day on site and they are located at the other end of the resort in a place often indicated as private. No one told us that... ever. We ate okay, nothing more... the buffet is small and very Americanized. There's not much variety, the meats are tough, even at the steakhouse. Even at the à la carte restaurant, you could think you were at a buffet sometimes... it's far from great! The service at the buffet is non-existent, having a coffee at the buffet in the morning is a miracle. Same thing at lunchtime. In the evening, since we have a server assigned to the à la carte restaurant, the service is better. The room service at the housekeeping level is okay. However, we were the victim of theft. The safe was opened and they searched our suitcases. When security came (3 men) they searched every corner of the room, our suitcases, with gloves, they lifted the mattresses, looked at every page of our books... it was as if we had committed a theft and they were looking for where we had hidden it. Honestly, we are far from seeing our things and our money again. I will never go back!

Hôtel récent (ouverture novembre 2021) mais déjà la fatigue paraît...au niveau des murs, des plafonds, tout semble avoir été fait vite et plutôt mal fait. Ressemble plus à un hôtel de 15 ans d'âge et d'usure. Bref, joli sur un premier coup d'oeil mais lorsqu'on y passe la semaine... on voit tout. Les piscines sont petites. À la mer, l'eau est loin d'être turquoise et translucide comparativement à plus haut sur la même côte. Elle est plutôt beige et opaque. Par contre, ils ont installé des barrières flottantes qui éliminent une grande majorité des algues et le tracteur passe 2 à 3 fois par jour pour les enlever. Le service est plutôt moyen à faible je dirais. Plusieurs questions sans réponses, notre représentant aérien nous a laissé des messages à la réception qui ne nous sont jamais parvenus. Ils ont droit à 2h par jour maximum sur place et ils sont situés à l'autre extrémité complètement du resort dans un endroit souvent indiqué comme privé. Ça, personne ne nous l'a dit...jamais.
Nous avons mangé correctement sans plus... le buffet est petit et très américanisé. Peu de variété, les viandes sont coriaces même au steakhouse. Même au restaurant à la carte on pourrait se croire au buffet parfois...c'est loin d'être top! Le service au buffet est inexistant, avoir un café au buffet le matin tient du miracle. Même chose le midi. Le soir, comme nous avons un serveur attitré au resto à la carte, le service est mieux.
Le service au chambre au niveau du ménage est correct. Nous avons par contre été victime de vol. Le coffre a été ouvert et ils ont fouillés dans nos valises. Lorsque la sécurité est venue (3 hommes) ils ont fouillés avec des gants chaque recoin de la chambre, de nos valises, ils ont levé les matelas, regardé chaque page de nos livres...c'était comme si nous avions commis un vol et qu'il cherchait à quel endroit on l'aurait caché. Honnêtement, on est loin de revoir nos choses et notre argent. Je n'y retournerai jamais!
