For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better, and the construction of a new hotel next door was very unpleasant due to the noise. We didn't get the room we had ordered and paid for because the hotel gave us our room with a balcony facing the building under construction.

Pour un 5 étoiles je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux et la construction d'un nouvelle hôtel à côté à été très désagréable à cause du bruit . Nous avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions commander et payer car l'hôtel nous s'ont placé notre chambre avec balcon face à l'hôtel en construction.

Surprisingly beautiful beach with no sargassum seaweed for this part of Mexico. Some of the staff were great. The buffet was very small and somewhat lacking in variety compared to other places I've visited. Only one pool. Few bars. No atmosphere or entertainment. Comfortable bed.

Nice place, great staff but buffet fell short of expectations

We'll definitely go back; it's a lovely place, the staff are really kind and courteous, and it's easy to get to the city. Avoid it if: you're looking for a lively atmosphere, you're picky about food (you get used to it, but it's definitely less varied than elsewhere), and if noise bothers you (I can confirm that the renovations at the hotel next door are still underway, and it can be noisy on some days).

Nous y retournerons, bel endroit, staff vraiment gentil et courtois et accès facile à la ville.
A éviter si: vous cherchez de l'animation, vous êtes difficile sur la bouffe (on s'y fait mais c'est clairement moins varié qu'ailleurs) et si le bruit vous incommode (je vous confirme que les travaux de l'hôtel d'à coté sont toujours en cours et que, certaines journées, ça peut être bruyant.)
