We loved the service and the proximity to everything at the resort! On the other hand, the beach was small and the water cloudy, but that's the hustle and bustle of the sea, we understand! The food was impeccable and the staff courteous and smiling! The room in the basement, phew! This resort is rather old and needs some love! We were supposed to have a large bed and in our category, there were only rooms with two beds left! No pressure in the shower and an old bath! Very disappointed with the room!

Nous avons adoré le service et la proximité de tout sur le resort! Par contre la plage était petite et l’eau brouillée , mais ça c’est l’agitation de la mer on comprend! La nourriture impeccable et le personnel courtois et souriant! La chambre au sous-sol ouf! ce resort est plutôt vieillot et a besoin d’amour! Nous étions supposé avoir un grand lit et dans notre catégorie, il restait que des chambres à deux lit! Pas de pression dans la douche et un vieux bain ! Très déçu de la chambre!

Overall, it was an okay stay, nothing special. The hotel is clean, but it needs renovations, especially the rooms. I strongly advise against it if you are looking for a beautiful beach and a beautiful sea. The water is very cloudy and signs indicate the presence of sea urchins. We can't see anything. It was really very disappointing, nothing to do with the beach in Negril. The restaurants and the buffet are good, but nothing wow! The rooms are really outdated, but clean. Our best comments go to the hotel staff who are sufficient in number and the service is very good. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the Hip and Dr. Cave. Do not use the hotel taxi service, too expensive for nothing, find private transport and negotiate the price, it is well worth it.

Dans l’ensemble, c’est un séjour correct sans plus. L’hôtel est propre, mais il a besoin de rénovations, surtout les chambres. Je déconseille fortement si vous cherchez une belle plage et une belle mer. L’eau est très brouillée et des affiches nous indique la présence d’oursins de mer. On y voit rien. C’était vraiment très décevant, rien à voir avec la plage de Négril. Les restaurants et le buffet sont bons, mais rien de wow ! Les chambres sont vraiment désuètes, mais propres. Nos meilleurs commentaires vont au personnel de l’hôtel qui sont en nombre suffisant et le service est très bon. L’hôtel est à environ 15 minutes de la Hip et de Dr Cave. N’utilisez pas le service de taxi de l’hôtel , trop dispendieux pour rien, trouvez un transport privé et négocier le prix, cela en vaut grandement la peine.

Nice clean hotel, but noisy in the morning, often the same food at the buffet, but overall a comfortable stay. I would have expected a nicer buffet for December 31st, but thank you.

Bel hotel propre par contre bruyant le matin souvent meme nourriture au buffet mais sommes tout sejour confortable. Me serais attendu a un plus beau buffet pr le 31 dec par contre merci

Superbe vacances en famille

The water park and the staff are what make this hotel a wonderful experience. We spend the vast majority of our time at the Aqua Park with the lazy river and the slide. The service is impeccable and the staff have fun with us. They have a great sense of humor and do everything to please us without even asking for money, just a smile. The beach is not beautiful. The sand is yellow and the water is full of seaweed. No fish for snorkeling. The food is good. Not excellent but better than average.

L’aquaparc et le staff c’est ce qui fait de cette hôtel une merveilleuse expérience. On passe la grande majorité du temps à l’Aqua Park avec le lazy river et la glissade. Le service est impeccable et le staff s’amusent avec nous. Plein d’humour et ils font de tout pour nous plaire sans même demander de l’argent, juste notre sourire.
La plage n’est pas belle. Le sable est jaune et l’eau est rempli d’algues. Pas de poisson pour faire du snorkeling.
La bouffe est bonne. Pas excellente mais meilleure que la moyenne.
