I really enjoyed the dance evenings, and the fact that everything closes before midnight allows for peace and quiet, letting us enjoy beautiful days the following days. The staff is kind and helpful. The music during the day is well-balanced and the selection is perfect. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful trip.

When I arrived in my room, there was no water and the air conditioning wasn't working. I asked the hotel staff, and they kept saying someone would come, but no one ever did. It took all day before they came, and I had to ask four or five times. The buffet was awful; everything tasted stale and sour. I barely ate anything. The à la carte restaurants were less bad. The sushi restaurant, however, was excellent. There are cats on the resort grounds, and while I was at the buffet, I saw an employee hitting them, which is UNACCEPTABLE! This hotel is to be avoided at all costs; it was the worst vacation of my life!

À mon arrivé dans ma chambre, je n’avais pas d’eau et l’air climatiser ne fonctionnais pas. J’ai demander au personnel de l’hôtel et on me disais qu’il allais venir et personne ne venait. Ça aura pris la journée complète avant qu’il vienne et j’ai du leur demander 4-5 fois.

Le buffet est épouvantable, toute a un vieux goût de plus bon, et de « surie », je n’ai presque pas manger. Les restaurants à la carte sont moin pire. Le restaurant de sushi lui, excellant.

Sur le resort y’a des chats, lorsque j’étais au buffet, j’ai vu un employer frapper les chats, ce qui est INNACEPTABLE !

Cet hôtel est à fuire, sa aura été les pire vacances de ma vie!!

Two perfect weeks!!!
2 semaines parfaites!!!

We would have loved to stay longer than two weeks, we were so happy! A beautiful place with a stunning ocean view! We hesitated because of the lack of a beach, but it wasn't a problem as it's very well laid out! The only downside is that you have to get up at 7 am to book the à la carte restaurants, and only for two consecutive days... as well as to reserve a palapa. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

Nous aurions rester encore plus que 2 semaines tellement nous étions bien! très bel endroit avec une superbe vue sur l'océan! nous avions hésitez vu le manque de la plage mais ce n'est pas un problème car c'est tres bien aménagé! le seul bémol est que vous devez vous lever à 7h pour réserver les resto à la carte et pour seulement 2 jours consécutif... ainsi que pour avoir un palapa. Sinon je re-commande!
