The buffet and restaurants are very good. There are small shops opposite the hotel where you can buy souvenirs.

So, so disappointed
Tellement mais tellement déçue
2nd time at this hotel. We knew it had been sold but still had expectations. First day we were offered an "exclusive" lunch with discount coupons because they wanted to make sure we would be satisfied with our trip and would only have good things to say, and all at no cost, but I had to present an ID and a credit card that would not be used!! By chance, a collection of clothes appeared on my cell phone when I redid the barcode. They didn't really know what to say. Finally I realized that it was some kind of promotion to access their "all exclusive" formula. I finally canceled. Not interested. The following days, long line to go to lunch because a section is reserved for "all exclusive". Very long wait to get a table then very long wait to get water and/or coffee. Buffet always the same thing. Smiles are still quite rare. Security is present and the beach is good. Part of the hotel is being renovated. The room service was very good, the ladies were very friendly and helpful. I definitely won't be going back. I didn't like the feeling of having to be part of the all-exclusive club to get service. They explained to us the promotion of a clothing collection, discounted activities, and a tour of the website and upcoming changes. I couldn't wait to get home, which isn't a good sign when you're on vacation 🙁
2e fois à cet hôtel. Ns savions qu’il avait été vendu mais avions quand même des attentes. Premier jour on nous propose un déjeuner « exclusif » avec des coupons rabais car on veut s’assurer que ns seront satisfaits de notre voyage et n’aurons que de bons mots et le tout sans frais mais que je dois présenter une pièce identité et une carte de crédit qui ne sera pas utilisée!! Par hasard sur mon cell apparaît une collection de vêtements quand je refais le code barre. On ne sait pas trop quoi me répondre. Finalement je réalise que c’est un genre de promotion pour qu’on accède à leur formule « all exclusive ». J’ai finalement annulée. Pas intéressé. Les jours suivant longue file pour aller déjeuner car une section est réservé aux « all exclusive ». Attente très longue pour avoir une table ensuite attente très longue pour obtenir de l’eau et/ou du café. Buffet toijours la même chose. Les sourires se font quand même assez rares. La sécurité est bien présente et la plage est bien. Une partie de l’hôtel est en rénovation. Le service aux chambres très bien, dames très souriantes et gentilles. Je n’y retournerai pas c’est certain.
More... Less...Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié l’impression de devoir faire partie du club des all exclusives pour avoir un service. Là où on nous explique la promotion d’une collection de vêtements, d’activités à rabais et d’une visite du site et des modifications à venir.
J’avais hâte de revenir à la maison ce qui n’est pas un bon signe quand tu es en vacances 🙁

Dirty rooms, the rest includes very pleasant staff
Chambre sales, le reste inclut personnel très agréable
Room extremely dirty and rusty. Clearly in need of renovations. It makes you want to vomit. Otherwise the staff, reception, service at the bars and restaurants are very good. Food is acceptable, we manage to eat properly, only the food lacks salt overall. Shuttle to the airport is on time. Distance 10 minutes, very close. Bring money in US currency. The sea is close, it's good.
Chambre hyper sale et rouillée. Clairement besoin de rénovations. Ça donne envie de vomir. Sinon le personnel, la réception, le service aux bars et restaurants c’est très bien. Nourriture c’est acceptable on arrive à se nourrir correctement seulement la nourriture manque de sel de façon globale. Navette pour l’aéroport est à l’heure. Distance 10 minutes, très proche. Amenez vous de l’argent en devise USA. La mer est proche, c’est bien.

Don't have any particular expectations. For a country that has had a lot of problems because of the pandemic, it was okay.
Faut pas avoir d’attentes particulières. Pour un pays qui a eu beaucoup de problèmes à cause de la pandémie, c’était correct.
